     I understand your confusion, even being a native citizen when it comes to healthcare enrollment it can be a lot of information.  What is being told to you is that Med-enroll will review the information you provide at the time of enrollment.   Eligibility is based upon your state of residence, household size and income.  IF you are eligible you become eligible for free or low cost, state-sponsored medical, dental, prescription drug and vision coverage.  To summarize it all eligibility does not mean you have to accept to enroll and therefore can deny it so you don't impact your K-1 Visa.  Besides your spouse may already have you on their benefits so you would probably not need the extra coverage unless it gives you something your spouses coverage does not.

As basic as it sounds, working full time and videogames really.
We also video chatted every day, but I am assuming that this is a given for every one in the same situation.

As I have read it as well you are good to go because your son who is the USC is the one on Medicaid and not your husband. 
It always amazes me about you because it seems that you have been hit with TDS to the fullest. 

Over 30 years ago, I had my AoS interview  two weeks after getting married. We walked into the federal building and walked out with an I-551 stamp on my passport. My green card show up 5 months later, but I was good to go for work and travel.
 
Now people are waiting years, in large part because the abuse of the system means that others who merit entry into the USA are subject to delays. That abuse is why new immigrants cannot have nice things.

My EaD has finally been approved!
Just got the update today on myUSCIS, the card has been ordered and should be delivered soon.
I had an issue with RFIE (it took me 2 months to get my hands on the documents needed) but finally it feels like the agony will be over soon.
I can't wait to get started working. I've been feeling like a broke teenager for the past 10 months hahahahaha.

No letters yet.I think it takes up to 7 working days.For my EAD I sent and inquiry because it's even out of processing times.

Finally.

It has been 122 days since the UCSIS office received the documents I sent in response to the RFE. In the mean time I made two inquires. Yesterday I did online chat and the representative made an expedite request for the I-485. I am not sure why the representative made the request because I do not have any basis for an expedite. I received an email today that my case is under review and that I should receive a decision or notice within 60 days. Nothing much to report but that's where we are.

I try to explain this to people here in NC because a lot of the farm and processing plant workers are illegal. The argument from some on the Left is that "they work jobs that Americans don't want to do". When in reality and I know from first hand experience that Americans will work those jobs if the pay is right.
 
Where I live at in NC tobacco is the primary crop that is farmed and my mother actually earned enough money from picking it to buy her first car years ago. So she decided one summer that us boys would learn how to pick it and earn some money as well. She called around to the different farmers and they all said "We will not pay your boys $6 an hour because we pay the Mexicans $2 an hour". So we had to work for $2 an hour in order to work that summer. 

But this was a self-fulfilling prophecy, wasn't it?
 
Create a cheap labour market with undocumented workers, and they will of course fill the least desirable jobs. Americans are priced out of this artificially lowered wage gap.
 
Remove the illegal workers, the market will once again dictate a fair price at which those jobs will be filled. Americans will fill those jobs, because they must be filled. This is the invisible hand of the market at work.

If the narrative is to put a face to the crime, I will pass. They are criminals, this is all I need to know.

Laws are on the books .. it is time they be enforced

Any day now, I'm sure. Ours was 171 days. It's easy to begin to think it will never happen but, of course, it will. Have you called USCIS to ask about it?  We called and things started to happen within the week. There has been some speculation that calling somehow jump starts it, possibly by bringing your application to their attention. Who knows, but it's worth a try and you have nothing to lose.

We just got out of the interview, we were approved on the spot! Green card coming in two weeks!
