    Happy to see you still active. What I want to say is the biometric can be re-schedule online within online portal which is supper convenient rather than calling USCIS like before. Certainly, the system will ask for the reason why.

    Friend just submit I-751 online (Dallas Field Office). Super simple and easy. Biometric can be re-scheduled online.

    I'm rarely comments on any topic like this, but from my POV, let the investigation play out. Blocking federal agent vehichle on public street is wrong and the federal agent also too agressive in this situation. For me, if I see any vehicle with sirent light on the public street, I yield. Other than that, no one can go into my house without a warrant.

    For your situation, the child will born on VN soil and the mother still VN citizens, so the child will have VN citizen and can apply for VN passport. After that, CBRA need to submit to US Embassy in Saigon and the child will have US passport. The baby will fly to US with those two passports (VN passport to fly out, and US passport to get in US). However, nature born USC is what I'm always prefer any parents do. If holding dual citizenship, it will prevent your child hold some high level federal jobs (you child may become US president in the furure, so..) In the end, it's your personal choice.

    Yes, you can go through the process over again if you want. However, I'm not fully understand what was the reason to give up citizenship since you're already at the end of the tunnel ?

    Not sure why since US and England both allow dual citizenship. Just remember, when you give up the citizenship, you can't take it back.

    I have a doubt in the lawyer. It just a simple divorce degree and you can send it to USCIS. Why the lawyer want $700 for that?

    You really don't need to made thing more complicated. Thi Thu Trang Nguyen is a correct name(this is happens a lot due to the name on VN passport ). Keep everything simple and all the same: GC, SSN, DL, Bank. You can correct the name order later for your fiancée when apply for N400.

    The election is done, so we will see. As a democrats, I have no hesitate put my vote for a traditional republican like John McCain or Mitt Romney over Kamala, but with Trump, I can't. In fact, we will never see a traditional republican like both of them for a long time from now on.

Companies in US will pay for it since they're import it, so do you think that they will just eat the cost of tariff then call it a lost, or they gonna raise the cost of products and passing it to consumers?
