Thank you for your answer @Ansbekk! Yes we have been filling taxes jointly since the marriage. We are definitely gonna add 2017 and 2019 tax transcripts from IRS. Also planning on getting some letters probably about 4 different friends of us saying how they met us etc. We live together but not sharing the lease, we sent copies of our driving licenses showing same address on them. We'll add some more pictures too. They sent envelope that we gonna use to send our evidences, it's really small that we'll even have to trim the pictures to fit in. With the tax documents, pictures, affidavits from third-partys, RFE papers itself means a lot to put in that envelope 🙂

How many times did you files taxes together? As stated above, three times filling may be better if filled jointly.
Also, what insurance did you send? Car insurance, or medical? If you had both, but only sent one, I'd recommend to send the other one with both names.
Any vacations, or trips together? Send boarding passes, reservations, stuff like that.
I assume you lived together, maybe a lease agreement or something with both names on it?
How about bills like phones bills, were you in the same plan? Show both phones bills or names on plan. Your residence like electricity and internet, or anything else.
Did you share a credit card and one of you was an authorized user? Send that evidence as well.
I hope this helps.

A tax transcript showing the last three years may be better than sending the returns. You can get it online from the IRS website.

HAN34 reacted to Scandi in Working with expired SSN
If it was important that you could start working as soon as you entered the US then you should've gone for the CR-1 visa and not the K-1 visa. Everyone who decides to go for a K-1 visa has to be aware that you won't be allowed to legally work in the US until you receive your EAD. That's something you should have thought about before choosing visa.
This might even be an issue at your AOS interview if you'll have one.

HAN34 reacted to geowrian in Working with expired SSN
SSNs don't expire...they are issued for life. You don't have a current work authorization, so you should not be working. Whoever said an SSN is enough to work was completely mistaken.
-
HAN34 reacted to Lemonslice in Working with expired SSN
You're currently not authorized to work. It's more of a problem for your employer.
Bolded part: your sponsor should take care of you, you are not allowed to work.

I'd say call up your local service centre where you went for biometrics and ask them about it or else create a infopass and go personally meet them. Since you have already completed your biometrics, it usually shouldnt be a problem but why take a chance so better call them
