Question about RFE for citizenship

Hi folks,

I need some advice please;

I recently had my interview and passed the civics test and English requirements. But I got a RFE because I didn’t had my tax forms with me, the officer said everything is fine on her side she just need to see last 5 years of tax transcripts, which is fine but said said upload them online and gave a week for it. I have all 4 years but not the 2022 taxes yet. I filed using turbotax on March 16th but on IRSs system it doesn’t show it yet and says it’s processing and could take up to 21 days. What should I do in this situation? Should I send all 4 transcripts except 2022 and use the form from turbotax for 2022 and also write a note why I did that?

On the notice I have 1 month to send the paperwork but at the interview she said send it in 1 week so I can finish up that’s confused me a little to be honest.

I got a feeling she was leaning towards the approval and the last thing she needed was tax returns. She may just want to wrap it up quickly. But this is not a legal advice.

This is what I would do, but for the 2022 taxes you should also scan or take pictures of your W2s/1099s and include those as well.
