Omg.  Get a clue.  I’m an RN, and I give immunizations, and I can vouch for there being NO CHIP in the vaccines.

Are you sure you’re actually up for coming to the US?  There are much scarier things here than fake vaccine chips.

Do you know that every forum has a "purpose"

Did you even bother to read?

Several other forums that are more suited for this thread, and had you bothered to look, you would have noticed a mega thread on this exact topic that was started many months ago

Depends is she is changing her name.

She will not be working any time soon, one of the issues with a K1.

There are no facts that this type of technology does not exist.

There are also no facts that time travel does not exist.

We only chip commies.  When Romania left the USSR we stopped chipping them.

The rest of the commies?  We know who you are and what you do and what you say at all times.

You can thank all your fellow country folk who applied for tourist visas to visit children and grandchildren here and then decided not to go home. They are the ones who have confirmed the suspicions of consular officers that people applying for visitor visas to see family members are intending to stay and adjust.

In many cases, organizations, schools and companies fund trips for certain individuals and in this scenario, yes, being able to show that your visit is being funded by a third party helps. Even then, the burden to show ties to home country is on the applicant and no one else.

An entirely different situation is when a family member or friend decides to "sponsor" a visitor. As the posts above me have warned, having a relative in the US is more of a disadvantage than an advantage, because it raises the suspicion that said relative might as well shoulder the costs of a potential overstay.

To this day, I am still to see anyone here on VJ report that their "funding" has assisted in a visitor visa for a family member. On the other hand, you will see many stories of people that had a visa denied despite said "sponsorship".

There wouldn’t be much, if any, love if it required not working, not traveling, potentially not driving, and not having my clothes and shoes... so it’s a good thing the OP is not marrying me (and also the reason we went for an EB1 rather than an Elvis wedding in Vegas).

Hello, I have a serious concern and I hope that you guys can help me to address it.

I had my green card interview and was pre-approved, however I have been asked to re-take my medical examination due to the Dr overseas not filling out the paperwork appropriately.

I am from Romania, and I have been told since I was little that vaccinations in the US and other countries contain some type of tracking technology and/or are chipped. I want to know if this is true because I feel very uncomfortable with the idea, and honestly if any part of this is true I would elect not to remain in the US instead.

Please let me know your thoughts on the subject.

What is current income? That's the main thing they want to see. Tax returns would only show prior income, unless your earnings are from self-employment (in which case the 2018 return would be your current income).
I understand you are in school, so are you earning income right now?

Is she a green card holder? That works fine too.
An attorney cannot change the requirements for you. You need to at least meet the minimum income requirements with your current income.

Is the attorney going to be a sponsor?  That's the only reason to contact one as they can't change the uscis requirements.
