  1. Of course we do. However, hate for all things Trump overrides any reasoning, logic, or forethought. These people are simply not sane people.
  2. Wife's I-751 status was "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview" from May 2019 until December of 2022.
  3. Biden should apologize to Trump...Hehe. I hope Peter Doocy hammers KJP.
  4. Yes, it does address your situation. You filed an I-130 domestically (to USCIS stateside) vs locally (directly to consulate).
  5. A Consulate is not authorized to accept a DCF case if an I-130 has already been filed with USCIS. They have no discretion to do so. Chapter 3 - Filing | USCIS

  10. No, you do not have to upload your ROC receipt. I, and a few others, uploaded a letter to request a combo interview. In my case, USCIS scheduled our I-751 interview and wife's N-400 interview together.
  11. That would be illegal.

  13. 1. No. 2. I believe you will have to re-apply for ESTA after a visa denial.
  14. Unfortunately, the consulate has the discretion to either accept or deny any DCF case. If they said no, then your only recourse is to file with USCIS and ask for an expedite.
  15. That's a long time. I guess it's a huge backlog. They are issuing spousal visas. In August JER issued 25 CR-1 visas and 57 IR-1 visas. In June it was 29 and 49 respectively. Have you made an inquiry to NVC? Was your case expedited to post?
  16. You can check the average K-1 processing time as reported by other VJ members below. It appears the average reported time for USCIS approval is about 370 days.

  18. I can only give you my experience. Both my wife and I were satisfied with CVS. It's your money....do as you wish.
  19. That doesn't sound proper. I think they screwed up. But congratulations!!!! This is a great achievement.
  20. ****Duplicate thread removed. Please don't repost this question thread in another forum****
  21. How was it fixed? By writing a confession? Did the CO say no waiver is required?
  22. Be aware that if you file an I-130 with USCIS, the consulate will NOT be authorized to process a DCF case.
