    You should print out a copy of the extension letter for your records and emergency cases. However, you need the original extension letter for travels outside the US. I would wait another week or so before contacting them for another one.

    Others have been able to visit. If he currently has a valid ESTA or visa, I don't see an issue. Visiting is allowed during the I-130 and long visa process.

    They don't owe you anything until she has satisfied her debt to them. That's how it works. Follow their appeal process as listed on the letter they sent. Page 8 doesn't apply unless he pays quarterly estimated taxes.

    OK. You probably already know that the stamped passport can be used as a full-fledged temporary Green Card until the plastic one arrives. Hopefully, you can get this resolved quickly.

    Too late to apply for a SS card at a local office now. Now that you have married, she won't be able to get a Social Security card until she has an EAD (or receives it as a result of marking the box on the I-485 or I-765)....maybe up to 8 months after applying for Adjustment of Status. I see no reason to attend the SS office appointment now. A SS number is not needed to file an I-485. File the I-485, etc. as soon as you have the paperwork ready.
