  1. What if Trump proclaimed "I will choose a white male as my VP candidate"???
  2. Blatant Racial and sexual discrimination. Selection based on skin color and gender (just as he promised). The liberals are the very people they claim to detest. They practice the very things they claim to oppose. The media never calls it what it really is. They are hypocrites.
  3. If you fill in part of that section, USCIS could think the whole section applies, yet you omitted some of the information. That could trigger an RFE. Thus, I would not fill in any of it as directed by the written instructions. Good luck on your journey. Have you considered marriage and a CR-1 visa instead?
  4. There is normally a requirement that they understand and demonstrate competency in English.
  5. I would follow the written instructions: Form I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiancé(e) (uscis.gov)
  6. Years ago, beavers were an issue in the SE corner of my home state. The Wildlife Management department brought in some Alligators to lower the beaver population due to the flooding associated with those critters. Yes, now, there is an excessive alligator population.
  7. "N/A" is the proper answer when a section does not apply. It will require a well-qualified joint sponsor at NVC and the consulate.
  8. The great idea to send a request letter was from @Family. Since I sent our letter, I believe others have done so, too.
  9. I uploaded the following letter as unsolicited evidence. I guess it worked. As a result, we had a combo interview in Dec 2022: Wife's Name Current Address August 7, 2022 US Citizenship & Immigration Services P.O. Box 25920 Overland, KS 66225 Dear USCIS Officer Please consider this letter as an official request for a combination I-751/N-400 interview or waiver of the I-751 interview. We submitted my joint I-751 petition in March of 2019. My biometrics was completed in May of 2019. The status of my I-751, case number MSCXXXXXXXXX has been “Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview” since May 2019. I have received no RFEs or requests of any kind. Sincerely, Wife's signature Wife's typed name
  10. 1. You can't provide information you don't have. 2. Yes. 3. Could be weeks or months.....I would expect months, but pray for weeks.
  11. Our officer wanted to see evidence from time of initial filing of the I-751 to interview date. He was especially interested in bank statements, leases, drivers licenses addresses, etc.
  12. Welcome to Visa Journey. I would take the K-1 completely off the table. K-1 More expensive than CR-1 Requires Adjustment of Status after marriage (expensive and requires a lot of paperwork) Spouse can not leave the US until she/he receives approved Advance Parole (approx 6-8 months) Spouse can not work until she/he receives EAD (approx 6-8 months) Some people have had problems with driver licenses, Social Security cards, leases, bank account during this period Spouse will not receive Green Card for many months after Adjustment of Status is filed. A K-1 might be a better choice when 18-21 year old children are immigrating also In some situations, marriage can affect certain Home country benefits, making a K-1 a better choice A denied K-1 is sent back to USCIS to expire K-1 entrant cannot file for citizenship until after having Green Card for 3 years. Once an I-129F has been approved, delaying the case is difficult to impossible if the need arises. CR-1/IR-1 Less expensive than K-1 No Adjustment of Status(I-485, I-131, I-765) required. Spouse can immediately travel outside the US Spouse is authorized to work immediately upon arrival. Spouse receives Social Security Card and Green Card within 2 or 3 weeks after entering the US Opening a bank account, getting a driver's license, etc. are very easily accomplished with GC, SS card, and passport. Spouse has legal permanent Resident status IMMEDIATELY upon entry to US. The clock for citizenship filing starts immediately upon entry to the US. A CR-1/IR-1 case can be delayed indefinitely at NVC if the need arises.
  13. I uploaded the tax transcripts and combo interview letter as unsolicited evidence. It was a piece of cake.
  14. This is what we uploaded for wife's case: 5 years Tax transcripts Proof of my 1st marriage Termination Proof of Wife's 1st Marriage Termination Wife's Green Card Our Marriage Certificate Letter for I-751 combo interview
  15. Who cares more about your case? You...or the attorney's administrative clerk who is going to fill in your forms (after YOU do all the legwork)? Our attorney cost us a delay of 3 months because his office failed to submit REQUIRED documents to NVC during our CR-1 process. Thus, we did the I-751 process and N-400 process ourselves with the help of Visa Journey. Most people don't realize just how easy an N-400 case is for most folks.
  16. Entering "expedite approved" in the Visa Journey search box gave me results.
  17. As @SalishSea asked, where was he born? In what consulate was the interview held?
  18. I see. The only people I know who hired attorneys had very complicated cases. Good luck.
  19. I seem to remember someone submitting an I-407, then getting approved ESTA later.
  20. Hold you in a cell. I don't think you want that.
  21. Is that all you have? Maddow? Seriously? RUSSIA RUSSIA RUSSIA!!! Maddow is just a hate-filled liar.
  22. Why would you need an attorney for an N-400? That was the easiest part of the entire immigration process.
  23. Answer this: In what country do you plan to reside???
  24. Exactly!!!! Imo opinion, Milley DID commit an egregious act ...and he should have been tried. He had no business going around the CINC.
  25. Honestly, you don't sound like you want to live in the US. Just send in your Green Card with an I-407, then apply for a tourist visa.
