Not quite sure how it works when you've already filed for i-130, but look through the guides to see if anything else fits your situation better.

I don't think you need to send a g-325a for both of you - the AOS is only your husband's, you are not the one adjusting status. You're only involved in the financial part.
 
Everything else they needed from you, you already sent with the i-130.

The only requirement is to get married within 90 days. You can file for AOS when you feel like it, even after your i-94 has expired. It is recommended to do it before the 90 days are up, but it's definitely not a requirement. Some people wait for years even.

The whole medical exam documentation is in the sealed envelope that you hand over to the CBP when you enter the US. However, you should als8 have your own copy of the DS-3025 that you get from your doctor at the medical, doctors generally don't care if you need it or not, so you need to be pro-active and ask for it yourself.

There will be no update on your case status until someone picks up your case to go through it. The status will then update to either RFE, that the case was approved or that there's an intent to deny.

It's possible to get an EAD before getting married when you arrive on a K-1, however, it's only valid for as long as your i-94 is valid (90 days) and it takes around 90 days just to get it and will cost you a few hundred bucks. But, since you already have a job offer you might be able to get it expedited.

You should use your legal name. If you changed name when you got married then that's your legal name.

You can leave the US anytime you like.

I think the US citizen only needs to send birth certificate OR passport, so if you send both the short version of the bc and copies of all pages in your passport you should probably be fine.

People are asking for the whole story because it's hard to give advice when they don't know the details. Without the whole story we can't possibly know if going for a B2 is a good idea at this point. It might have exactly the same result as when he tried the VWP, the whole story is important whether you believe it or not.

Received and accepted is not the same thing. Yes your applications have been delivered at the lockbox, yes they have most likely received them BUT they haven't accepted them yet. It usually takes about two weeks for them to accept your applications, sometimes more than that, especially around holidays.
 
Once accepted you'll get text/email within 24 hours - possibly. The text/email notifications don't always happen even if you sent g-1145.

Have you actually bothered to do any research? Read the EO?  Do you understand what countries are on the list? Do you understand that Jamaica isn't one of those?
