Anh map got a reaction from Harpa Timsah in Spouse does not support in removal of conditions on CR1 visa (merged)
If you want to hold your spouse responsible for a division of assets, alimony, etc. then a divorce in the US is a must.
Based on what you've stated so far, hubby is looking to protect something.

If you two have enough money for one of you to fly and back forth from Italy to the US wouldn't that money be better used to begin your life together in the US?
Green cards are meant for living in the US, not making visits. Sort out your finances and start your life together.

A joint account is just one piece of evidence. A short note explaining why wouldn't hurt. No need to supply all the other things you listed re: alimony. Life happens.
How about drivers licenses showing a shared address? Wills? A few family photos? Auto titles / loans?

A gift of cash (in this case $100,000) would not be accepted for the affidavit of support. For cash to be considered as an asset they typically want to see that it has been held for a significant period of time.
Regardless of a joint sponsor or not, the US citizen petitioner has to sort out the tax filings as they are the first sponsor no matter what the income.
Manila is not known for being easy on joint sponsors for K visas. The spouse visa allows for a joint sponsor. Close family members have been accepted as joint sponsors in the past for K visas in Manila.

Read through the guide here on VJ and look at the sample documents. That should help you to understand the process.
If you are unsure of what some of the terms mean, read through it with your spouse.

Anh map got a reaction from C-ma'am in wife wants me to support her family
This is fairly common. It's gone from the fantasy of moving to the States to the reality. Sit down together and talk it all through. Doesn't matter if it's the 2nd, 3rd, 10th time. Hopefully you arrive at a mutual understanding that you as a couple can live with.
If you weren't in the picture how would they live? No reason for the family to live high on the hog just because daughter is in the US. She needs to set the expectations with the family. It'll be best for everyone.

Anh map reacted to warlord in Moving to Canada in case of Trump presidency
This has been going on during every election year. People won't actually leave and flee the country and nor is it a simple thing to do as has been mentioned.
If all the people that wanted to flee the US to Canada, there had better be a ####### load of jobs up there that Canadians don't want that the Americans that are coming up to do. I don't believe Canada has enough jobs for Canadians let alone all the other refugees from war torn countries all over the world.
And yes, it's not as simple as buying a ticket and going, it's a long process and not something you can quickly or easily do after an election.
People were saying that about Bush and no one tried to flee. It's a nice pipe dream, but not reality. Reality is instead of fleeing, is to fight the system within. Make decisions and fight against the decisions of a president whom you don't agree with. That's the American way.
I hole 2 citizenship. I'm American with a side of Canadian and I like you, cringe at the thought of Trump wining. However if he does, I won't be fleeing the US at all. I'm standing up for the US and doing what I can to make changes here. Even for me, I'd have to leave my home here in the US. Pack everything up, try and find a job in Canada (let alone apply for a visa or status that proves a Canadian isn't qualified for the job as someone who doesn't have Canadian citizenship), go through all the legalities and such. It's not only a pain, but very time consuming. Plus supporting myself in the interim of a job in a country where everything costs a ####### load more.
So yes, if you wanted to immigrate to Canada. You would be better off trying to go through one of the many visa or status to see if there are any jobs available that you might qualify for, then apply and then go through that entire process. Though many of those visa/status aren't permanent either and you'll still be held accountable for reporting all your income to the US regardless...

You will need to show domicile in the US.
You will need to show a current and continuing income that will carry over to your move to the US. If you can't show that, then a joint sponsor would be needed. Manila has been tough on K1 joint sponsors in the past.
Why not get married and then petition for a spouse visa? Less steps and paperwork. A joint sponsor is no problem. Your spouse has a green card when entering the US and thus is work eligible.

Contact the court yourself and ask. That is the best way to get the information that you are seeking. Then, if possible, you can complete the transaction immediately.

He's already disconnected from you. If he's not willing to own up to the problem(s) and work to fix them, then there is nothing you can do to change his mind. It's a huge fallacy that one person can change another.
It hurts, it stinks, but it's survivable.
    Best of luck.

Anh map got a reaction from cdneh in Approved for 1-month unpaid internship at an American med school, 214(b) rejection at interview?
Your intentions are good. But all visa applicants are subject to the same assumption (having immigrant intent). The 1 month internship happens and then she "suddenly decides" to marry a US citizen and adjust status. That is what the CO sees. It's not racism because it happens at embassies all over the world every day.
The chances for the internship are slim. When she's qualified for medical residency that will be a different set of circumstances and judged accordingly.
