I was in much worst situation than yours. My wife and I were not living in the same state.
I did not submit any pictures and I did not bother submitting any bank statements because only my wife was using the joint bank account.
But my cover letter explained in detail our living condition and why we were both living in different states.
So you can only submit what you have. And you can always go open a joint bank account with you spouse, in case they ask you for more evidence.
This is what I sent and still got approved without RFE nor being interviewed.
+ A cover letter  explaining EXACTLY our living condition. I did not try to hide anything.
+ A letter from my contract with my employer specifying that, I will be off work 1 week every month to go see my wife.
+ Bunch of notice of assignments in different states ( Arizona, Utah, Texas,Virginia etc...😓😓😓) I have been moving all over this country and still is.
    + Joint Lease
+ BUNCH of plane tickets showing that I have been visiting my wife and vise versa
+ Joint Insurances (medical dental and vison) and medical bills showing we are both using the insurance.
+ Life insurance policy showing that my wife will be beneficiary if anything happens to me
    + Utility Bills
+ Tax (Filed as married but filed separately)
    +Bunch of credit cards statements.

I hope this will help you

So today I get to give the update I have been hoping to give since all of this nonsense began.

I received a flurry of text messages from USCIS this afternoon indicating that my case was updated. Puzzled but hopeful, I began to login to my online account, but before I could do so received a call from a Dallas number. They identified themselves as Officer SomebodyOrOther (I forget the name; I recall it wasn't the person who interviewed me) calling from the Dallas field office. They said they had received my case today, and had seen there was an issue. That she had gone ahead and reversed the denial and approved it, and could schedule me for an oath ceremony next Thursday afternoon, on Valentine's Day, if that would be ok. I said that would absolutely, completely, and totally be fine with me. She said she would mail out a copy of the letter today, and that I should receive it soon. I thanked her, and then called the congressional liaison working my case to let her know what had happened.

So... there we are. It's been a rough couple of weeks. I lost about 5 lbs the first week, which I can't say I'm unhappy about since I wanted to lose 10-15 lbs before the police academy begins later this year that I will hopefully (now) be attending, but this wasn't how I had planned on doing it.

I just want to say that the system works. And by the system I do not mean USCIS. Everyone who has read VJ for more than 5 minutes knows that USCIS is an inefficient and poorly run federal agency in drastic need of an overhaul. No, by system I mean the checks and balances of oversight of them. I'm not sure whether it was my congressman's office or the CIS Ombudsman that got this reversed. I'm choosing to believe a little of both. But to anyone whose naturalisation eligibility date is approaching, I would strongly urge you to wait just a day or two to head this issue off, unless you enjoy uncertainty and stupidity, in which case have at it.

My online USCIS account is currently showing no changes. It still indicates that my application is denied, and there's no oath letter there yet. Perhaps it will change, perhaps it won't. But the older case status site is showing my oath letter was mailed.

I'm glad to finally be able to put this behind me. Thanks to all the well-wishers here on VJ who have given public and private messages of support. It has been very much appreciated during what has not been a stellar couple of weeks up to now.

Hello everyone, on February 1, 2019 (one day before my birthday) I got an update on my case with status "Case Was Approved" - EAC1866***, I didn' get  neither RFE, nor Interview. I have to say that I submitted a lot of evidence. I can see now that cases that were transferred to Texas (included mine) are being approved. So guys, just be patient if you are still waiting. I am happy to share these good news with this wonderful community. You were so helpul in my moments of dispair. I can't wait to get the new GC on my hands to be able to travel to my home country after two years

Our details are similar to yours, filed at VSC on 10-16-17, transferred to TSC on 12-03-18. Hoping luck smiles on us soon as we're at the 2 month mark of our transfer to TSC. And no N400 yet.

I feel you will get this resolved soon! The day you become eligible is the DAY YOU BECOME ELIGIBLE! No further questions should be asked. And thank you for writing this and letting us know that it is good to take a deep breath first before we jump. In the end, you are not obligated to write and share your story, yet you did so that others can learn from your experience. I wish you all the best and let us know how it goes! Adding my good luck!!!

I'm quite impressed with the fast turnaround, I only sent my inquiry yesterday and I've had a response today in the mail.

So that confirms it, looks like both my applications are being adjudicated at interview. I really hope this means my local office can approve my Green Card the same time as citizenship. I'll be taking this letter with me!

HI Just to update you all.  I had to get up at 3.30am to get in line to speak to a T2 officer and fortunately it was not a long wait for the call back.  15 mins.
I spoke to a really nice T2 officer who was surprised by my issue and went away for a few mins to look in detail at my file.
He came back and said basically “it was a clerical error” and was picked up.  A letter was mailed to me “unscheduling” the January 25 ceremony and the Feb 8th one was correct and the one I was scheduled for.
So all good in the end - they don’t half like to keep us on our toes right to the end!!

Appreciate your replies to this, and hopefully it will help anyone in future who has a similar issue.  Cheers!
