Just an update. My wife's ROC was approved 1-17-2019 and her 10-yr GC should arrive in the mail tomorrow, according to USCIS website. We received the approval letter in the mail a couple days ago.

Is the Vermont Service Center right now working on July, 2016 filers? So they have been waiting over a year?

Hi, i am gonna file I-751 very soon as well, and understand how happy you are after filling

I was wondering did you make copy just first page of tax return where they can see your both names or whole file of tax return? 

And did send original family photos and posts rads or made copies of them? If you don't mind to aswer

I sent the whole tax return. I sent copies of photos with some basic explanations like "We are celebrating my birthday with friends. February 2nd". Etc.

As far as I know, the extension letter comes within 2 weeks of filing. :)

 

I am sending my documents today! So nervous and excited...!

Hi everyone, so I'm back on this journey again ... it's been a while ... visajourney forum has been my immigration lawyer and guidance since my journey from K1 visa and here I am today again :) ... haha

 

I submitted my file yesterday and tracked it that it was delivered 11am CST this morning.
