What time is your flight due into JFK and on what day of the week?

I'm from NYC and can tell you depending on how early (or late) your flying into JFK, can really depend on you making the connection.

Drive time from one airport to the other is ROUGHLY 45 - 1 hour, and that's with moderate NYC traffic (the Van Wyck which is the highway off of JFK is brutal which leads to the Grand Central Pkwy which is a little better). Keyword is moderate, in NYC traffic is a normal way of life there. (One of the many reason why I don't live there anymore just go to visit my family).

The issue you may have is how many international flights are coming into JFK at the same time as yours.

The K-3 is said to be obsolete. Look into the CR-1 or IR-1 spousal visa

I'm already paying child support and on the hook for one Filipina that was unfaithful. I don't know about you, but money for me is hard earned and limited, that is why I'm so concerned with that. Who wouldn't be? And the question of withdrawing the I-864 is not yet answered. I don't know for sure that I submitted it in time. It appears that my wife and whoever is helping her know the timelines, know what to do. I'm certainly behind the curve. If she gets her AOS, I'm responsible. Go read about what happens in court on these kinds of cases and see what hell men like me go through for women like that. Annulment is not a certainty at this point, only a possibility. I won't let her back. Why do I like Filipina women? Why do I like Cheeseburgers? Why Do I like the color Blue? My heritage if Filipino. My dad was from there. I went there, I liked the women.  Is it ok if I like what I like? I like brown skin, is that ok with you? I like petite women, it that ok with you? And, its not 2 strikes, this is not a game. I got used twice by two scheming women from a country that is apparently full of women who know how to do this well.  Why don't you tell me what kind of woman I should be looking for.

OP's account is closed, and so is this thread, which is not to be restarted or referred to elsewhere.
Thread is remaining in the forum so that the authorities might catch this evader of the truth.

The purpose of a K1 is not to TRY things out. The 90 days is just the amount of time your given to fulfill the condition of the visa - which is to marry.
When petitioning you sign an intent to marry. It is required. Unfortunately the option is the tourist visa.  If she can't get that then consider having your family meet her with you in a third country or her country. Those are the options.

No, police certificate is required ONLY for the interview, there's no need to send it with the petition.

fortunately, in Brazil we need state and federal certificates, and we can issue them online at anytime!

You can update your address online at the USCIS website.  I will get you a link, quick and easy to do.

Very likely if the new address does not catch up with the green card it will be mailed to the old address, hustle and get the address updated.

    Green card won't be forwarded.

Very sorry to hear of your loss ________________________________________ .   I have traveled this road, I know the pain.   My condolences to you.

I would like to comment on a couple items.

Item 8: Report the death (death certificate) to the consulate in the USA that represents your state.
    http://www.philippineembassy-usa.org/philippines-dc/consular-services-dc/faq-dc/#death

Item 10.  A foreign spouse can become the deed holder/owner of property in the Philippines.  The foreign spouse MUST NOT be listed in the WILL as this will void the foreigners legal right to the land.  Legal title to the land that is owned by the deceased Filipino can then go to the foreign spouse (you will need the PSA copy of the death certificate) ... ownership sort of transfers automatically, but you must file the proper documents.
