Where is your spouse right now?  Unless your spouse is ALREADY in the US, Adjustment of Staus is not available to him/her.  I assume your spouse is also outside the US with you right now.  If so, Adjustment of Status is not an option.

There are booklets in multiple languages that you can use to study. They're all online on USCIS website 

For a K-1 entrant, it is 3 years minus 90 days after Green Card approval.

She can use her US drivers license to fly if she has one, u only need passport for international flights or not have a drivers license.

I would recommend providing proof that you are renewing it , when I did my passport renewal I believe they provided me a confirmation # for it in email and if can’t just explain to the USCIS officer

That is good to know, like I said this is what I was advised. But happy to see it is not the case which helps people better to do domestic flights.

In  May 2023, the government promised (“this time for sure”) that if using a drivers license or state ID to fly domestically, the TSA will only accept a REAL ID state DL/ID
 
1. I don’t believe it.  The federal government has cried wolf on REAL ID countless times now. 
 
2. She has plenty of time to get REAL ID or if she lives in the state of Washington, Enhanced ID (EID).  EID is not REAL ID. EID is a state issued passport card, some of which license people to drive.  Washington State does not issue REAL ID.

Several uscis field offices administer oath on site so your oath could literally be held in the field office and not in a court house. Showup for 10 am oath at the court and if you are not on the list, appear for 1 PM oath at the field office.

Plan to be there early (9 or 9:30am) and clarify with the clerks at the court.
Rather go early and be told 1pm is correct, than miss the correct time if it is earlier

Not an option.  Traveling to the US with the preconceived intent to stay and adjust status is considered immigration fraud.

In this case, it WAS objectively rude for the IO to say that couples are expected to have children after a certain amount of time. He had no idea if OP is/was capable of having children or if they even wanted to. It's a personal decision to have kids or not and a couple isn't legally less deserving of approval if they don't have kids. If they have kids, great, show their birth certs to the IO. But for an IO to show their prejudice like that is highly unprofessional. 

Expecting married couple to have children is unprofessional and discriminatory as hell. 
If a couple have kids sure present that as evidence but if they don't then they should be penalized.
 

My ROC was also approved with no interview and we have no children and don't plan to. We were also never asked once throughout the whole process if we had children or were planning to. It's purely due to the individual IO and their bias. Some IO's do think that if a couple has children, it's "stronger evidence". But not every IO operates like that (and they shouldn't because the whole point is to be objective and adjudicate each couple on the basis of their unique circumstances) beause as pointed out, there are many couples who can't have children or don't want to. Not having children does not mean a couple is less in love or is less legitimate or is less bonafide than those do. 

Congratulations..  What about couples who can't or DON"T WANT to have children?   I think this is extremely discriminatory.

I just wanted to tell my interesting experience with N-400 interview last week. All is well and I took oath ceremony and am a citizen now. I had applied under 3-year rule. When searching in Visajourney how to prove your marriage to Uscis, I always have been getting the idea that they don't really care that you have children and it is counted as a secondary evidence, and they only care about commingled finances and residency. Well, it was not the case in my interview... He asked if we have any children, I said no but I am pregnant. He asked for proof of pregnancy and said "Having children matters, we expect people to have children after certain time of marriage. Bank accounts, insurances, etc. are ok but we are looking for these if the couple don't have children", and since I am a kinda person over preparing everything i luckily had the proof of pregnancy, he took that, and did not look at any other evidence, just approved. I don't know if my interview was a unique one but I just wanted to share this with the community to express and advise people that sometimes you need to bring every doc you think may be important, and you may never know what they'll ask

anyone is having a interview in Dallas these would be the days for Oath Ceremony for the month of September.
 
so I guess I won’t have same day oath but hopefully they will give me the 8th ❤️ .
