I called NVC and they escalated my case for supervisor's review on May 23 and still there is no update. So, all of my documents are accepted but no DQ email. I called NVC, talked with a supervisor if I need to submit anything but they told no, just wait for supervisor's review which can take 6 weeks :(. Don't know how long to wait even all the documents are accepted. Anyone has any experience?

DONT upload anything, just wait it wont take 6 weeks. you might hear something sooner if not today sometimes next week. just wait for them to review it.

now if you upload anything sorry you will wait for 3 weeks again for review. if everything is accepted it leave it and DONT UPLOAD anything. read the caps.

remember the waiting time for review is 3 weeks. so if you don't hear anything then maybe you waiting 3 weeks mark.

That's true - the clothes etc, she'll only get what is absolutely necessary, so that should fit in the two bags. Rest we'll buy here.

The other stuff I was talking about was more of sentimental value, gifts from loved ones etc that she'd like to bring here if possible.

are they big stuffs?  If not put them in the bag and just pay whatever price it cost for the 3rd bag.

Does anyone have experience shipping their stuff from India to US ? We are going to book a flight for my wife soon, but at most she'll carry two big bags with her.

We are debating between carrying a third bag, OR using a shipping company to send over a lot more of her stuff from there to here - for instance, winter clothing and other collectibles which can take a few months to arrive by Sea but that delay is fine.

Does anyone know how that compares cost-wise ?

    Thanks.

she can't sell some of her clothes? the money what she can get after selling some stuffs, she can buy clothes etc once she get there.

that is what i am planning to do. i am not taking much stuffs.

only my daughter and I clothes and that it.

sell the stuffs and get money from it.

the money she will pay to ship them is $$$ no matter where you from.

i am not even taking my car, am selling it too.

I am very aware of that. But this time, they skipped almost a month! Their date is more advanced than the review they are doing unlike the previous dates.

remember some people have different days to get review and different weeks to get review.so try to remember our 2-3 weeks mark and if 3 weeks and a day pass call NVC.

remember to keep that in mind every one submitted or resubmitted  different days and weeks.

    Quick update...

Both kid's petitions are now at the Embassy and "Ready".

I got another email from NVC this morning to say there is an update for my wife's petition in CEAC.  I checked and it was yet another "DOCUMENTARILY QUALIFIED" message but the civil documents are listed as "Incomplete".  They are listing they need the Irish PCC and the local NBI.  Both were previously uploaded and accepted and they are still there.  This is the third "DOCUMENTARILY QUALIFIED" message she got since May 1.

This time I will ignore the "Incomplete".  Hopefully it will be "In Transit" today.  The kid's petitions switched to "In Transit" last Friday and were listed as "Ready" on Saturday!

awesome news. yes ignore it. last time all of my was accepted and I got a message saying to upload all of the W2's, I upload them again how about my lawyer called NVC and spoke to a supervisor, they said because I upload an additional I have to wait 3 weeks, but mu lawyer told them its the same W2'S we upload and I still had to week 3 weeks.

so I know for next time call before I upload anything specially if I see all accepted and they still asking for the same thing that is already accepted or it say incomplete leave it alone and call NVC.

please people don't upload anything unless you call to speak with a supervisor, don't talk to any reps because they will tell us anything.
