All the updates and letters are uploaded to my account. 

They are going to reuse the biometric.

I got an email today that there is an action taking on my application. They the said they scheduled my fingerprints appointment. But i still can't see the letter yet, i think it's going to be upload sometimes this week. 

I have just found out on the  USCIS website, that my biometric will be reused. The notice, dated 8/7/2020, reads:
This notic einforms you that USCIS is able to reuse your previously captured fingerprints and other biometrics. USCIS will run the same security checks and useyour biometric data as in the past, however, it is not necessary for you to appear at a USCIS Application Support Center (ASC) for a biometricsappointment. The biometrics fee will not be refunded.
 

Yes, same happened to me lol. 
I am expecting a long wait because of Covid-19. I just wanna be done with biometric and then forget about the application until further notice.

yeah, i waited so long after the RFE. that's why i decided to contact congress office in my city.
i do believe it did speed up the process.  and yeah i didn't had an interview for the 2 years GC, neither for the 10 years. 

I just want to let you know guys my case was Approved and share my journey quickly.

Send Copy of the decree, a letter explaining the circumstances of the divorce 24/2019.
Contacted Congresswoman office by the end of July, and they send inquiry on my behalf on August the 12th
Vermont responded to the inquiry on August the 15th that my case is still pending with an officer.
Case was Approved the following day August the 16th. No interview.

Applied jointly October 2017 CSC, case transfered to Vermont on the start of 2019. Got rfe feb 2019 responded on march and no word from Vermont for +145 days! Contacted Congresswoman office and they sent inquiry to Vermont on the 9th August, they got a response on the 15th that my case is pending review with an officer, the 16th August got approved. 
Btw i got a divorce finalized 4 weeks ago and sent the decree to Vermont with a letter explaining all the circumstances of the marriage and divorce.  

I just want to let you know guys my case was Approved and share my journey quickly.

For your records i do have an attorney from day one when i start my k1 visa until now.  Attorney doesn't prevent you from getting a RFE. I did contacted my lawyer about the inquiry response  and he told me they are very bucked up and to be patient.  

Do you live in a district repped by a Democrat? Maybe John Lewis? Definitely contact their staff (even if your rep. is Republican) and tell them all these shenanigans and ask for their help.

been 32 days since they received mine too and nothing yet. 
the weird thing is I was tracking cases near mine with RFE, mine ending with 48, and the one next to me is 49, they responded to the RFE same time as me, but today their status changed to another RFE!

I got an email about a document I had requested (I thought they could send the case transfer notice again cuz I couldn't find it or remember where it had transferred to). In the email they said "case has been approved.  Document will be sent in next 30 days". I about cried I was so excited.  I'm also super sad that my husband isn't here to see it (he committed suicide in October,  almost a year to the date we filed). 

What i understand is our cases took so long to be reviewed,  so i do believe they want updated evidences like tax, joint bank statements,bills and assets, and that couples are  still living together.  
 

Soon enough I-751 applicants will be asked to sign leases and prepaid taxes 2 years in advance so that I-751 is ready to be adjudicated two years after filing LOL

Indeed I got the second notification today, and I dialed 800-375-5283 and it told me that the case was transferred to Nebraska. 

They xfer about 33 cases yesterday and today around my case#. 

My case got transferred.
At least they touched it!

Yes you can travel with the extension and take the notice with you in case you need to show it as well.  

My case was transferred to Texas on 11/23, yesterday I got notification that my card was being produced. Yay!

But i can't proceed with waiver until divorce is finalized!  We are still married but separated at this moment. I am not sure she filled for the divorce yet. And i dont know if I need to wait and see if my case get approved soon. 

Hello guys.
I am currently separated with my wife after we did apply to remove conditions on my green card. I am October filer.
We had a problem one day and iv been thrown to the street  as we were living at her parents house ( they have 2 houses)
I did struggled and lived in my car for a couple of months, and struggling with life, but never asked for government help or assistance,  i worked hard and i rented an appartment and i live a normal life now. She never asked about me if i am still alive or dead. 3 days ago she texted me asking for Money! Yeah she said she was providing for me before i started working and now i need to pay her back or she will take legal actions! I don't know what she want to do, but she is asking me to pay her about 4k. And she keep texting me to give her money or she will take legal actions.
Please guys let me know what to do pr any advises.
