No interview? Isn't that highly unusual? Well congrats at any case! Sorry you had to wait so long. I'm waiting for my NOA2 after an RFE and I'm just over a month now. Reading that you waited 145 days fills me with dread to be honest.

not unusual for K1 in  Morocco

the embassy will schedule an interview and at this time K1 interviews are backed up 3 to 4 months

much of the backup came from DV lottery interviews / 103 D1 approved there in June

July stats not out yet

Ah man, I'm sorry to hear that. I hope we get rid of the DV lottery eventually. Totally arbitrary program in my opinion.

The OP is talking about ROC not K-1 like it shows in their filed for status.

It is slightly more unusual to see an ROC with divorce waiver approved without interview, but I'd assume the OP had some pretty good proofs of bonafide marriage. It's also possible that the congressman helped push things forward, especially since there was no movement for a good while.

yeah, i waited so long after the RFE. that's why i decided to contact congress office in my city.
i do believe it did speed up the process.  and yeah i didn't had an interview for the 2 years GC, neither for the 10 years.

lol yes, otherwise i would post it in K1 forum.

i did submitted pics, taxes, bank statements, affidavit, joint car insurance, car purchase, and some prove we shared same address.
when i sent the divorce decree, i did included a letter with explaining the circumstance of the divorce with details.
