  1. Except for the Democrats in DC that feel the Constitution is too restrictive to their power. Hence the constant attack by the Democrats and the Leftist MSM on all those restrictions. The elite in DC including the career high level bureaucrats seem to think the Federal government should have all the power, but they forget, it was the Union of the States that created DC. I can see some separation potential over time with all this Federal “progress”.
  2. You seem to be describing the Democrats that certainly relied on low information adherents for their power. It also seems that the Democrats are very much in favor of trashing the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th and 10th Amendments. Trump will be gone soon, but it is the Democrat “progress” that is ruining this country.
  3. Did you fill out the I130 with her new married name? If not, it might be best to wait for naturalization. Good Luck!
  4. So Sunny Hostin is just another Rachel Dolezal or Elizabeth Warren?
  5. Everything can be related to Seinfeld.
  6. I agree with @Daphne ., if you have a job offer forcing you to repatriate, attempt the DCF in Malaysia right now. It is much faster, and cleaner and does not require any obfuscations with CBP when they ask your wife what her intentions are in the U.S. and how long she intends to stay. DCF can be do it yourself. Here is a recent detailed story of the DCF process. Good Luck!
  7. This is a little bit of a tough one as you are not 100% certain it is your child. The issue is you are asked to bring evidence/proof of you children to the interview, and it appears you may not have that. I would err on the side of including her as you seem fairly certain she is yours. Good Luck!
  8. How is our democracy safe when one Party is doing everything they can to get people removed from the ballot (not just Trump), and persecuting their political enemies? Heck, look what the Democrats did to their own primary process back in 2020 to put a cognitively declining corrupt career politician on the ballot.
  9. I don’t see the address thing as being a real big deal. Students often times move around while they are in school. Just go back the five years from when you are planning to file the I130 which appears to be in a year or so, and keep track of the addresses she lived at. As to evidence of a bonafide marriage, it is good you are thinking about this now even though you are not yet married. Young couples may not have a lot of property evidence to add to the process, but you can add her to things like bills, etc. once you actually get married. Personally, I would not do a joint account until you are married. Good Luck!
  10. It is not legal to enter the U.S. on a B2/ESTA with the intent to stay and adjust status. If she was already in the U.S. that would be a different story. Good Luck!
  11. Did Old Corrupt Senile Petulant Joe even know he was in Michigan? Did he talk to any dead people? I imagine since it was a union event, maybe he channeled Jimmy Hoffa.
  12. Kind of stating the obvious. I wonder if Old Corrupt Petulant Joe saw or talked to any dead people during the interview. I suspect though that this does not alarm the DNC as there are most likely plans to replace him at the convention.
  13. I agree, Istanbul seems to be the preferred path, but my wife also recently flew through Dubai, and I believe Qatar also has flights into and out of Russia. A flight between Detroit and Istanbul was recently launched, so if we or she goes this year, it will most likely be that route. I am not sure if Aeroflot is flying to any foreign airports at this time (maybe China), but we were able to schedule a trip from Miami to Novosibirsk via Emirates website (Flydubai between Dubai and Novosibirsk). For internal Russian flights, my wife had her cousin book the tickets via S7.
  14. Not sure about the plan itself, but your MIL is already an LPR with proof in her passport. Are you certain you need the physical card prior to her coverage starting?
  15. It is amazing how the Progressive Left's war against women flies under the radar.
  16. The Leftist media really does not want anyone to see these extremists driving the progressive movement do they?
  17. Nothing to add specifically, but thought this might add a bit of levity relative to this unfortunate breakdown in the USCIS bureaucratic system. I suspect the RFE response fell between the seats. Good Luck!
  18. And I bet it improves stamina. I swear, every piece of raw fish I ate in Korea was touted as a stamina improver.
  19. Always love Larry O. as it brings up nice memories.
  20. I guess when the MSM controls everything mis-information/dis-information will be eliminated (sarcasm intended). Protection Racket: Why The Censorship Industry Needs to Bail Out The Media Keeping Out The Competition Although presented as a means to rescue “journalism,” the bill in fact only protects the establishment media against its independent competitors. Two important bottlenecks in the bill exclude new and independent media, such as podcasters, streamers, and online newsletter authors. The first bottleneck consists of licenses: any organization that wishes to form a media cartel or join an existing one must either be an “eligible broadcaster” with a license issued by the FCC, or own a “qualifying publication” that is either owned by a 503(c) nonprofit, or possesses an International Standard Serial Number (ISSN) prior to the bill’s passage. Since the vast majority of independent online media creators meet none of these criteria, they would be excluded from the cartel. State-mandated payouts from Silicon Valley would instead flow into the coffers of establishment-friendly outlets owned by conglomerates like Hearst and Gannett. https://foundationforfreedomonline.com/protection-racket-why-the-censorship-industry-needs-to-bail-out-the-media/
  21. Looks like Istanbul is the only option in Turkey and the wait times are over a year. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/visa-information-resources/wait-times.html He can try a different consulate such as Athens if it works for him. Good Luck!
  22. Ahh, what's wrong with a little corruption among bureaucrats. Heck, many bureaucrats in Ukraine are getting rich, and let's not forget how the heads of Hamas amassed their massive wealth.
  23. The problem is though is that it is communists or in the case of the DPRK, "Juche", that has lead to the deterioration of the quality of life there. So shouldn't KJU admit his failure first? N.
