Tiff&Babs got a reaction from Lucky2Lucky in I-751 August 2017 Filers
I filed on August 15th 2017. I received a text ten minutes ago that my case has been updated. I checked the USCIS website and my case was approved!

Tiff&Babs reacted to Dutchster in how to get a K-1 Fiancé Visa(merged)
^ To add, it's always good that people want to help. We all want help one another but we all need to realize that giving the right advice is helping, not guessing or not being entirely sure.

Tiff&Babs reacted to Georgia16 in how to get a K-1 Fiancé Visa(merged)
Please don't give false hope because they will NOT get a visa if they do not meet.

If she comes for the interview there is not a guarantee that the CO will speak to her but if she's there I'd definitely bring her to the embassy though she will probably have to wait outside. There will be more than likely be questions because you married after only one visit. Be prepared to discuss and explain. It's good that she's visiting a second time. Make sure that you provide proof of her second visit during your interview. I hope that you front loaded the application due to only meeting once because they will more than likely have made the decision before the interview. The best way to help yourself during the interview is to be honest. well wishes
I read your other post. Are you married or engaged?

Tiff&Babs got a reaction from Boiler in REFUSAL OF K1 VISA
Last year some time a person from Ghana posted a question about engagements. I gave information specifically pertaining to the Ghana embassy but that person seemed to value the opinion of people not even petitioning from the same continent over mine. I was so adamant because I didn't want their petition to be denied. I asked this same question on the forum as was given the advice not to even include pictures or mention of anything that remotely looks like an engagement. I specifically told said person what I knew to be true and they refused to believe what I said. According to them they included pictures from their engagement with the evidence that they presented to the CO and was approved. I highly doubt that they did such. After their approval they sent me a "nice" message informing me that I'm not god and that I don't know everything. When it comes down to it people will do what they like. All it takes is a quick search on this website to find answers to questions.

Tiff&Babs got a reaction from IcezMan_IcezLady in When is a Sponsor neccessary
I'd get a co-sponsor ASAP. If you don't then the visa will be denied at the interview and you'll be put into AP until you can provide the additional information. They will either give you a second interview date or just allow you to bring the additional paperwork. You also need to submit tax transcripts for AOS showing that you meet the income requirements. You may also need a co-sponsor for AOS as well because tax transcripts aren't generated until January or February for the previous tax year. If your fiance arrives before the end of the year you'll more than likely file for AOS before the transcripts are available. From what I've read on VJ the I-134 isn't legally binding but the I-864 is.

Tiff&Babs got a reaction from MrsBonsu in k-1 Visa Questions - Interview [merged threads]
OP mentioned traditional customs and had been given country/regional specific information. I was given the same advice from when I asked this question a couple of years ago. If you have not gone through this particular embassy please don't give incorrect information. -

Definitely a red flag in west Africa. Is your husband from a west African country? Your profile says Jordan. Check the forums. You will find people from West African countries who have been denied due to including pictures from engagement ceremonies. -

You are correct The. The OP is confused. I am trying to give him Ghana specific information but it seems as if he doesn't want to take the advice as he posted the same questions on another thread.
