I got married for my wife first visit, and she filled for me, she is visit for the second time before my interview or should she be here in Ghana within my interview, what's is the best way will it help me during my interview.

I would suggest both if possible. Marrying on first visit would be a red flag for that embassy also have you met only that one time?

If she can't do both then I would pick while you have your embassy even though she might not be allowed in you can still say she is right outside.

If she comes for the interview there is not a guarantee that the CO will speak to her but if she's there I'd definitely bring her to the embassy though she will probably have to wait outside. There will be more than likely be questions because you married after only one visit. Be prepared to discuss and explain. It's good that she's visiting a second time. Make sure that you provide proof of her second visit during your interview. I hope that you front loaded the application due to only meeting once because they will more than likely have made the decision before the interview. The best way to help yourself during the interview is to be honest. well wishes

5/20/2014 Interview 1 (asked to correct error on bring birth certificate and bring more evidence of relationship)

You only have had one visit? For how long? How long ago you last saw each other.

The success of approval has much to do with your time together in person. Did your wife meet your family and do you have evidence of this?

Ghana is very tough lately and one visit, I would not take the chance. It's not about being there for interview its about you as a ,married couple spending face to face quality time together. That's the #1 evidence nothing else is better.

Where are you in the process? USCS, NVC waiting for interview?

In one thread you refer to her repeatedly as your fiancée and talk of your wedding plans. In this and another thread you refer to her as your wife and that you are already married. Which is it? You need to get your story straight. If you're struggling with the story here, good luck with your embassy interview.

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

Obviously the longer you have face time to gather the better. That's your personal choice when she should leave.

Yes she should definitely stay till interview. it is good for her to be there with you at interview, plus it means more face time, thus more time to talk and learn about eachother.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
