Questions 2 and 3 aren't really clear. Why would you leave the US after your wedding? Question 3. A traditional engagement is considered a marriage and if you mention it in the interview more than likely you will be considered married and your petition will be denied.

For Q2 what I meant was,my fiancee and I hve a long term plan to live in Canada or returning to my home country for permanent stay after our son is done with high school which is in 5yrs time.

I definitely wouldn't mention this as it can be a red flag that you are marrying for citizenship and don't plan to establish your domicile in America.

For Q3. Is it just ok to limit myself to the reasons that is it the wish of my fiance and family for the wedding to b conducted in the Us.And also since weddings are organized in the womans domain in my culture?

Keep your answers short and to the point. It's important to her that her family is present during the wedding ceremony. Short and simple.

You keep saying engagement! You seriously need to read what I'm saying and listen to the advice! Not to insult your intelligence but one of the fundamental parts of this process is reading and following directions.

I am a little confuse with what to say for question 2 if I should be asked since you think my response is a would raise red flag.

The purpose of going through the process is to marry and establish a domicile in the USA. If you mention Canada it will seem as if you are seeking a green card to have the ability to move elsewhere. Or if you plan to go back home you are seeking the benefit of a green card to work in America so that you can save up enough money to go back home. The CO will question this.

You also need to focus on questions about your relationship and facts about your fiance.

Those attempts at obtaining a tourist visa will have no impact on other immigrant visas you may seek.

More than likely you'll be asked for her address, where does she work, what are the names of her parents and siblings, how did you meet, what's her birthday, When do you plan to travel. is she divorced, does she have any kids, what's her full name, spell the full name, etc. you can browse the forum for more questions.
