It is clear that you want to provoke people here, especially with that last sentence, so I will keep it short.
To live in society we need a balance between personal freedom and common good. We need a minimum of trust in institutions and experts and we need to have empathy and compassion. Otherwise society will just crumble.
The only thing I can tell you, without sarcasm, is that you try to understand the people that disagree with you and see where they are coming from.

Lastly, you say you got a religion exemption but you say the reason for not taking the vaccine is "My wife's health is more important than any amount of money". So basically you are admitting that you just used religious exemption for what you consider to be a health concern. This is very disrespectful for people that actually value their religious freedom and practices.

    Good luck in life!

On the contrary, you come across as being victimized and uninformed.  I'm just telling it like it is.

And you may want to review the VJ TOS; anyone is free to post on your thread.

agrabs reacted to SalishSea in Cases stuck at the NVC/ Lawsuit
Every single lawsuit thread posted here on VJ last year received cautionary replies from seasoned members about the risks vs. benefits.  No one listened, and people got all bent out of shape about VJ members not 'supporting' the K-1 visa category, and indignant about "how can the government do this to us when we're in love" etc.

I hope they won't send your petition back to USCIS to expire, but honestly I'm not surprised that they are using this tactic when people try to force their hand.

And for future readers:  lawyers are happy to take your money and sue the DOS, but by participating, you take risks.

I travel internationally all the time and have access to sensitive or restricted information at "work".  I have several work visas for countries of concern.  I use a separate "clean" phone and laptop to travel outside Mexico, Canada and Caribbean and even then nothing sensitive travels with me.   Anything sensitive or restricted I can access using 2 factor authentication over a VPN.

I believe everyone who commented answered that question for you. You just don't like the answer. She will proceed without you, and you don't need to know how. She will figure it out. She can very easily switch to a divorce waiver.

Seriously? Way to get denied. Your “imaginary line” is pretty important to everyone in uscis, DoS, CBP and dhs in general.

OP, make your best efforts to remember. Did you not for example put in your calendar the weekends you traveled? Otherwise just be honest with the IO and say you traveled a number of times, estimate x weekends but cannot remember exact dates. It shouldn’t be enough time out the country to cause a problem even if you went every weekend assuming  you didn’t spend months out the US otherwise.
For others reading this - remember this is a question that comes up and make an effort to record your trips.

takes time to claim life insurance,  SS benefits, etc and not easy when u just lost someone u love

USCIS/DOS will not approve petitions or visas for first cousin marriages if the intended residential state prohibits it by law.   I don’t recommend anyone try to circumvent this.

Cowardice in my book is not being able to stomach the risk of the vaccine to save peoples lives, in particular to save the youngest and oldest, the most vulnerable among us.
Cowardice is being afraid to wear a mask because you might actually help save lives.
Cowardice is being afraid making an active choice to manage  informed risks
Paranoia in my book is thinking that Bill Gates or Dr Fauci or Joe Biden or the leaders at the CDC sit up a night conniving new ways to take away you personal rights and freedoms for no reason than they have an agenda to make Americans docile servants in their master scheme to control your life. < correction not paranoia, just BS crazy.
Being a sheeple is listening to just a few voices from left or right leaning ( or paranoid leaning) sources and being afraid of good reporting and good science,

Mrs. T-B. simply kept hers until Naturalization, as I recall.  If you decide to discard your expired card, cut it up beforehand.

You might telephone a CBP port, and ask what they recommend.

And - it isn't just salary, is it?  You will be providing supporting documentation, including details about your taxes, etc.  And when you do the I-864 and the subsequent interview to AOS, you will be providing commingled financial information related to banking, property, insurance, and other assets from your first list.

So yes, when going through immigration, you are required to submit personal information.  No way around that.

If you are not using assets to meet the income requirement, then you leave all that blank. It isn't really omittance, but rather that section simply does not apply to you.

That being said... Immigration is not for the shy and guarded. They will be asking many personal questions of you both, and probably already know more about you than you think. You'll need to answer and provide info honestly for anything that is required, if you want to be successful in this process and not waste your time and money.

Every couple has their own priorities, and each couple must decide which visa is better for their situation.  IMO, the CR-1 is superior for many couples.
    K-1
        More expensive than CR-1
Requires Adjustment of Status after marriage (expensive and requires a lot of paperwork)
Spouse can not leave the US until she/he receives approved Advance Parole (approx 6-8 months)
Spouse can not work until she/he receives EAD (approx 6-8 months)
Some people have had problems with driver licenses, Social Security cards, leases, bank account during this period
Spouse will not receive Green Card for many months after Adjustment of Status is filed.
A denied K-1 is sent back to USCIS to expire

    CR-1
        Less expensive than K-1
        No Adjustment of Status(I-485, I-131, I-765) required.
Spouse can immediately travel outside the US
Spouse is authorized to work immediately upon arrival.
Spouse receives Social Security Card and Green Card within 2 or 3 weeks after entering the US
Opening a bank account, getting a driver's license, etc. are very easily accomplished with GC, SS card, and passport.
Spouse has legal permanent Resident status IMMEDIATELY upon entry to US.

Unfortunately, even if she did not have immigrant intent this trip, plenty of her fellow Thais have, and that ruins things for others.  Best bet is for you to now travel to her, or to petition her for an immigrant visa, if  you want her to live in the US.

It's not crazy.  Plenty of people have used their non-immigrant visitor visas to come to the US with the intent to immigrate.  While this may not have been your girlfriend's intention, there are plenty of girlfriends who have used their visitor visas to immigrate to the US.

The right lawyer may help.  No one can tell you what any one individual's chances of getting a waiver are.
