I married with my white American wife in 2015 in islamabad/ pakistan  we did court marriage because of some reason after one year I had interview at islamabad embassy . interview went mix good and bad because lack of marriage pics here in our culture marriages are very traditional and full of joy and we treat like family event and gathering but in our case we had few of our pics in short counsler gave me 221g page  submitted evidence w2 certificate and w2 tax returns which I was not able to submitted on the time after six months ours case has been send back to nvc .

After that so much things happens we both busy on our life and faced covid she got sick there and I was busy with my life in working and did my MBA  now In 2025 after 10 years we want to submit out case again we just met once at married after that we did not see each other's physically

kindly advise us that now we have to start over again ? It more doffult now or we get any compensation they will treat our case the same  way they did last time . We have to organize our marriage ceremony as traditional way or there is not need for marriage ceremony or more family photos and personal photos kindly advise us what we have to do in this stage after 10 years . I am so worried any your small advise will be very very helpful thank you so much !!

Also expect more scrutiny from embassy and if approved, administrative processing

Going to be a lot easier for her to move.

So in those 10 years you only saw each other once?

yes, start from scratch and make sure to spend more time together.

Agreed, this is hard to see as valid marriage for immigration purposes. Even if OP starts meeting more frequently, it would look weird having 10 year gap of not seeing each other, with visits ramping up before filing new immigration paperwork. I'm skeptical any immigration benefit can be obtained through this relationship.

Explanations like "busy life, COVID" don't look compelling at all. COVID was 5, nearly 6 years ago now. I'd argue POTUS is way busier than any of us are, and still manages to spend time with his wife. Is it that impossible to see each other once a year, even once in two years? It doesn't look like marriage was a priority for the past 10 years.

You're MARRIED, you don't qualify for K1.

Actually meet with your wife more than once and have her file I-130.

Here's how it looks from immigration standpoint:

You had non-traditional wedding to a "white (I assume you meant non-muslim?)" American wife, failed to prove your relationship was bona-fide, abandoned your immigration case then 10 years later decided to try again with zero proof of actual relationship between you and your wife.

I agree with others above: you don't have a straightforward case, and it's time to lawyer up.
