After doing all things legal for immigration legally to be here and taking 6 years from July 2009 till September 2015 costing both of us lots of money,  i see on my Facebook another Moroc man who went to Guatemala then to Mexico and crossed into US as asslyum seeker.

Moroc does not have famine,  war or threats from drug gangs.  this Moroc man was bused to New York city and has . work permit in 2 weeks.  i thought he lied so i looked it up on USCIS

this is not fair and i know immigration is not fair as we see on here all the time but this is wrong and we should all be upset

Refugees are following a legal path.  Otherwise, they'd be underground, without requesting a status, or an EAD.

Maybe he’s gay? If he has no genuine claim for asylum then his application will be refused anyway. At least with an EAD he can work and contribute to society whilst he’s waiting for a decision.

If he was a Refugee he would have been handled by the UNHCR and judging from this post that seems highly unlikely.

 

As far as Asylum is concerned it used to be that you had to wait 5 months before you could apply for EAD due to this vary reason,

Considering USCIS primarily runs on the funds received from legal immigration, this is absurd.  Paying customers should be priority 1.

South Carolina Medicaid Office Caught Red-handed Distributing Voter Registration Forms to Refugees

 

Yesterday, a South Carolina Representative angrily took to Twitter looking for answers.  Apparently, a refugee was given this packet of paperwork that included voter registration.  That seems like very odd information to distribute to people who have no right to vote in this country.  [...]
