Hello December filers!! I don't know why I haven't seen this thread before. I was following November filers because I couldn't find the December one.

Anyway. I received good news yesterday (online, i didn't receive the official letter yet). I got my interview scheduled for 4/18th Orlando, Fl office.

I applied for my N400 on 12/25th (yes on Christmas day). Based on the 3 year rule as a citizen's spouse. I have my I-751 pending since February 2022. And I am not sure if they will do combo interview or not because no updates are showing on my I-751 case but I included a cover letter for my N400 application and I requested a combo interview so we will see what happens.

Congratulations for everyone that already passed and I will be updating everyone when I do my interview. I am rooting for everyone 🙏

Welcome! And all the best to your upcoming interview 🎉

Oohh finally a date just before my filing date of Dec 26 LOL I feel like I'm one of the backmarkers of this sub thread (too much reddit lol). So I'm always happy to see people getting interview schedules. As in, if everyone before me gets a notice it means I'm up soon!

I also filed my I-751 in Feb of 2022, still pending, so yeah same boat and all.

The title for this thread is a bit different from the usual title we see for the other months it's not as easy to find!

Hey nice to meet someone from SFO FO...congrats on your interview shcedule.

Dec 18, 2022 : Filed N-400 online

Mar 03, 2023 : Interview Scheduled case update

Apr 10, 2023 : Interview at SF FO, 10:50am.

Hopefully they go for combo on the same day.

Heyy, we have very similar timeline at SFO. Hoping to get the same day oath ceremony.

How are you preparing for the interview? Are you taking copies of all documents you uploaded online for n-400?

Since I am applying based on 5 year rule, I am thinking to take the originals and copies of passport, driver license, marriage certificate, kids birth certificates and also this year’s tax transcript. I think I am good with the 100 questions on civics and history now.

I-751 Timeline:

Jan 12, 2022 : Sent I-751 application package via USPS

Jan 14, 2022 : Delivered to USCIS Phoenix lockbox

I also filed based on the 5-year rule and just brought the originals of my marriage certificate (no kids so no birth certificates) and all five years of tax returns, which was all that I had uploaded (aside from the front and back of my green card). I also brought current and expired passports (since it says in the interview letter to bring those), my green card, social security card and driver's license. The IO didn't actually want to see anything other than my green card and driver's license but you know he would have asked to see everything else if I hadn't brought it!
