Wife's N-400 Interview is Scheduled!!!!!

Begging?  🤣.Laughable. Is an expedite request begging?  Is asking to get an ADIT stamp in your passport begging?  Is asking an elected official for help begging?   We submitted my wife's I-751 in March of 2019.  I think we have waited long enough. 

 

BTW, please fill out your VJ timeline.

btw, did it took your I-751 more than 24 months before approval, did you had info pass?

It took 44 months from filing the I-751  for the I-751 approval.  My wife had one six month ADIT stamp which expired months ago.

Congrats! My I-751 was also filed in 2019. June 2019. Did a combo interview like you, as well. Became a naturalized U.S citizen November 2022. We both had long journeys with our I-751s so I totally get it. You're almost at the finish line and not having to deal with USCIS anymore woo hoo! 🎉

EXCELLENT !!  so happy for you both.  We had ours yesterday.  Unfortunately due to the volume of people, no family members were allowed in.  Once, the line around the building had subsided, and all the oath takers were in, it was only 20-30 minutes until my wife came out smiling and waving her small american flag., with paperwork inhand.  What a great day.     Congratulations, so happy for ya'll too.

Thanks!!   Congratulations to you.  Now, I am trying to find an available Passport appointment....Either the scheduling systems are wacky, or appointments are hard to get.

Yes  we're also going through the passport appointment "situation".   Try the various locations  around Dallas.  It's tough.  Best of Luck to ya'll.

If you live near Waxahachie, you can apply for a passport at Ellis County District Clerk. No appointment needed.
