    She just sent the letter saying that she wanted to withdraw the I130, didn't mention any reason. Then I received the letter of denial for I485.

    Those questions are for your son. And his parents are you and your ex. So the answer will be based on you with your ex, not your current spouse.

    The 5 year online application did not list tax documents in the required evidence. But my friend still uploaded 5 years tax docs in additional evidence. It will be also the proof for all the jobs last 5 years.

    Hello fam, asking for a friend, if anyone in this situation already, please advise. She had citizenship, the kids had green cards, and she applied N600 for them a week ago. They are 10 and 14 years old. They now want to travel outside the US, so they need to apply for the passports. The question is if she applies passport for the kids, their greencards will be taken at USPS. And if the kids must go for N600 biometric, they will not have greencards for the biometric. Is there any optional document the kids can use for biometric instead of greencards? Thanks so much for your advice.

    I used the same as tiny one on my cert to avoid any issue can cause later.

    Congrats!!!! Did he tell you what documents he was asked for related to I-751? I try to get 2022 tax transcript on IRS website, but it was not there yet. Wonder if tax paper is allowed. Thanks so much.

    I thought that only me day by day reading the updates on interview schedule for N-400, even October filers; and month by month logging in my account to see the month of waiting is decreased by 1. Lol
