i have the same question 😅

I wouldn't read too much into that situation.  The poster says "Actually NVC made a mistake about my case last time".  Who knows what that vague sentence means, but I'd guess for anyone submitting their application for the first time to the NVC, they'll have to wait for the reported ~60 days wait.

They are reviewing for September 8th . I haven’t seen any September dqs or RFE . ☹️

That means review time is currently 53 days, is it getting faster?

Yep and it is a great news. Also they have cut public inquiry wait time exponentially. If they continue like this it would be amazing. I hope review time will come down to 30-40 days which is totally possible as they did it back in summer 2021.

I saw Sept 12 getting DQ'd today. They're on a streak!

What do you think happened after summer 2021 that made the review times increase again?

That’s amazing. I would say increasing workforce and effort caused it. For example, this week they managed to cut the public inquiry wait time by 12 days. They can definitely do the same to document review time if they tried to.

I meant, if they were able to bring the case review time down to 30 days in summer 2021, what made it rise to 70 days earlier this year? 😐

Oh people wished to get a review after 70 days because it was actually up to 97 days on January 2022. I think same thing caused it, decreased workforce and less effort caused it.

Hi everyone. Just a quick question. Is there a way to contact NVC. Can’t seem to find any channel to communicate my issues with them. Since i submitted my case 2 weeks ago, I haven’t gotten any notification of acknowledgment that they received my case or that my case has Been submitted other than the website saying documents submitted. I was of the opinion that we  should normally get an email at least. Case still saying I should fill form DS-260 and submit required documents.
This is very perplexing. Please your opinion will be greatly appreciated.

That is totally normal. There is no email notification that your documents are submitted. Case status showing that you need to submit required documents is totally normal too. The status will change once they review documents which will happen in approximately 50-60 days.
