@Trapper99 which service center?

Looks like Nebraska.

Just punched the receipt number in USCIS case tracker, and says “card picked up by post office”

We filed 8/14 for my wife’s RoC. A few days ago got waiver of biometrics letter, which was a nice surprise. Today we got approval letter on RoC! No interview, new card in the mail within 60 days.

22 business days from receiving to approval. We are shocked…was planning on year+ wait.

OMG that's amazing, congrats!!

Congrats again. We sent our package in February of this year. We sent a lot of evidence, including 24 bank statements for all the years we've been married, same as the IRS tax returns, joint leases (previous), joint deeds, joint utility bills, etc. Seems like we almost sent too much evidence and now they are taking super long versus most recent cases.

I finished my biometrics today, wondering how long will it take for status to change online?

Might take a couple days -- we did ours on a Thursday morning and it updated on Saturday.

I found this article from April of 2022

https://www.uscis.gov/newsroom/news-releases/uscis-implements-risk-based-approach-for-conditional-permanent-resident-interviews

Looks like we fell into that and I'm assuming, unfortunately, for you that since you sent in 02/2022 that you fell outside this process.

Permanent Residence card was received in the mail today.

Yes we did

By looking at your beneficiary's country, the answer could be that the country is Ukraine.  There could be an unannounced guide where they are prioritizing the cases from there due to the events that are happening.

There was a similar e-mail sent out today for those people from countries affected by the Fiona weather and such.

Not gonna lie, I saw the e-mail and I was like, can I claim my PR nationality to say, "We just sent our packet 09/19, can we get expedited because you know I am from PR and Fiona?"  (I am truly from PR).  Haha Dark humor.
