Hello everyone I hope you are doing well,

my wife and I married at the end of March in Algeria, and we stayed together only 15 days since she studies in a European country, and then she was obliged to fly back for school reasons, now I am applying for her spouse visa,

while filling i130 form I encountered this question: Where did you and your spouse last live together?

what should I put there? knowing that I didn't put that address in my 5 years history since it was a short stay.

any pieces of advice, please??

I think you're good omitting it.

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

Visiting and living together are two different things.

You weren’t living together, you were just visiting. So, if you haven’t lived together, type “never lived together” in that part.

dont you think this will affect my application? or they may understand the situation?

USCIS literally tells you to put The exact words "never lived together" in this part, if you do the online application, so I think you are fine.

Answer is "never lived together".  You visited.  This is a common translation or interpretation mistake.  In this context living together means having the same primary residence.  You visited.  You did not live together.  As you read forms and form instructions, do your best to "read carefully, interpret literally, and answer accurately".  Words mean things in this process. You are not applying for her spouse visa.  You are filing a petition for alien relative.  When your petition in her behalf is approved, SHE will be invited to "apply for a visa".

Passport stamps and maybe hotel receipts as evidence of your time together in Algeria should be included as evidence of a bona fide relationship.
