Hi all, we received this "Fingerprint Review Was Completed" notice on the USCIS "my account" dashboard. What does this mean....? That the biometrics appointment isn't necessary?

For context, we previously did biometrics and an interview during the I-485/I-130 process (married on a tourist visa). Thanks!

Fingerprint Review Was Completed

As of June 04, 2019, we completed our review of your fingerprints and are working on your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number MSCXXXXXXXXX, at our location. We will let you know if we make a decision or need anything from you. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

OK here's the answer, just received in the mail "This notice informs you that USCIS is able to reuse your previously captured fingerprints and other biometrics. USCIS will run the same security checks and use your biometric data as in the past, however, it is not necessary for you to appear at a USCIS Application Support Center (ASC) for biometrics appointment."

Of course the biometrics fee wasn't refunded, but at this point I won't be complaining :)

Finally, my receipt number is "MSCXXXXX" but on this NOA it says my service center is NBC. What does that mean? Cheers

NBC is the same as MSC. National Benefits Center used to be called Missouri Service Center, but when they changed name to NBC they still kept the letters "MSC" for receipt numbers.

I simply used USPS Priority mail. It was also sent to a PO Box, but accepted by USCIS in 2 days.

Hi everyone my husband and i sent his i751 to 1820 E skyharbor circle s address and it was received on 5/20 signed by E de jesus.. my check hasnt been cashed no text and when i call they say its not in the system...what can I do at this point?

You just have to wait a bit longer. Some people in here didn't have their checks cashed and then the package was sent back to them either for missing details or filing too early.

Sent the I-751 package, as well as the rest of our immigration packages during our journey, via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation requested. I have had no issues.

YMMV

You did. 90 days prior to that would be 6/23/2019. They will reject and send it back to you. Then just refile at the right time later this month.

I just sent regular USPS priority mail, my package fit nicely in one of their priority boxes. No signature, no "over night" etc. Just regular tracking that always comes with their priority mail. No need to add extra fluff like signature or express (whatever that is?), you just need the tracking.

May I ask when did you have your fingerprints taken previously?  I am thinking the same is happening here since I haven't heard about biometrics and my prints were taken less than a year ago.

and how long between NOA1 and this biometrics notice?

Thank you
