How is going to reach to Department homeland security?

U are pass the DHS point. You are at DOS(Department of State).

Call NVC request ur DS-260 to be open so u can correct.

Get ur Moroccan police report and upload it. That's how u fix it before interview.

I have two nationality, the passport I travel to Morocco is not the one I use for the USCIS/NVC. MAHAMADOU is the document I travel to Morocco and Muhammad in USCIS/NVC.

If I am not mistaken the DS-260 asked you about other nationalities you might HAVE or HAD.... Did you fill that out correctly or "mistake" happened and forgot that you have another citizenship?

It is not an issue to have multiple citizenship with different names as long as you are honest about it.... BUT HOW DO YOU HAVE DIFFERENT BIRTH DATES ON THOSE DOCUMENTS?

Any reason why you are using the other passport (Hungary?) instead of the Moroccan one?

Probably less scrutiny since Morocco is a high fraud country and from seeing this I don't wonder a lot of why...

Also If I read it correctly there is no more ESTA available for Hungarian passport holders those were not born in Hungary. Most likely because of cases like this....

Where not issued in my presence it was childhood time. I didn't know how it happened. I didn't fill out the Ds260 myself.

So to sum it up. Your Moroccan passport has a different name + DOB. When you obtained your Hungarian citizenship I assume you needed a birth certificate and based on that you got a new passport with the correct Date of Birth.... If that is correct, you could just get a new Moroccan passport with the correct DOB right? Or your Hungarian documents are not correct?

If you had help you can't blame them. YOU are responsible providing the correct information. As others said don't dug yourself deeper into the hole. Instead try to correct it.....
