Do you see any update on your online account or any new  notice docs uploaded for I-693 Deficiency Notice prior receiving it on mail, I have a similar timeline like yours Packet mailed on 10/08/2021 as well

Yes - that was the 11/16/2021 date I referenced (the actual date on the letter) and it's uploaded on my account. I only received the hard copy today (by mail).

Had my biometrics appointment earlier today.

Before I got to the truck to my waiting husband, the lawfully app notifies me of “actively reviewing” for both I-485 and I-765.

So, all our cases including my husband’s petition of the I-130 for me, has been showing the same notification since November 19th after he responded online to a RFIE.

Here’s to more waiting!🥳

I hope you all had a thankful Thanksgiving! My first in America, so I’m truly thankful🌻

I have a quick question!
Are you supposed to receive a biometrics appointment notification before receiving the I-693 deficiency notice?
We just checked my husband’s account and it looks like the notice was sent on the 1st but he hasn’t received a bio appointment yet.

Thank you!
I apologize, we left the lawyer we were using for this after we realized things were a bit sketchy and we’ve been doing this alone since replying to the RFE and I didn’t know if we did it correctly and something was wrong since getting that notice.

Anyone else still waiting for a bio appt in Dallas?
it’s been almost 75 days and we have not received a letter.

I guess there’s no rhyme or reason with USCIS. I had mine done in Lubbock and it was scheduled about a month after I mailed in my AOS application, although the appointment wasn’t until the end of November.

I hope you get notified soon🙏🏿

My husband got notification of RFIE for the I-130 he submitted online for me back in July. Apparently the I-130A that I completed has expired (dated 02/28/2021) and I need to fill in the latest one. So to those of you applying for AOS marriage based, if your I-130 hasn’t been approved yet and you didn’t submit it concurrently, the latest edition of the I-130A is dated 07/31/2024. Just in case you get a RFIE, this may be the reason🙂

I also filed online on 20 August and at the time the only i-130A was the 02/28/2021, which I used , so I guess they're going to send me an RFE for the new form. 😡

@TedsGirl I submitted my i-130 online in August the 02/29/2021 was the only form available at that time , now I'm wondering if I'm also going to get an RFE for mine? Do you think I should wait for the RFE or upload the updated form under "unsolicited evidence" on my husband's the online account ? Did your husband put your A number on the updated form too?

I hope you will be alright!

I also realized I did NOT sign my I-130A form as we were initially going the consulate route. Looking back I do believe that is the reason for the RFE and not the form being outdated.
