Hello!

 

If you look under the drop down tab where is states ‘documents’ it should be there. However it was a couple of apps that alerted me prior to finding it on my USCIS account (Lawfully and Case Tracker🙂)

I-693 (medical) deficiency notice appeared in the USCIS account.

That's expected in my case, just suprised they are already reviewing the I-485.

11/14/2021 Check finally cashed after 32 days

 

guess they cashed it a few days earlier but it went through today.

 

Still no NOA in the mail, so still waiting for the mailman.

October 5th - Packet mailed via UPS (I-130 online receipt, I-485, I-765, I-131, I-693)

October 8th - Delivered

October 11th - Text message with receipt number (IOE) received at 8:47pm EST and credit card has been charged $1225

October 13th - Congresswoman notified me that husband’s case was accepted the day before and was on its way to NBC and gave me all the receipt numbers for the package in her email

October 14th - Online Account notices and information were sent

October 18th - received all the notices for I-485 I-130 I-131 I-765 in the mail 

October 21st - received the online account access codes and set up information in the mail. 
 

Upon signing up all the case statuses say the same “Case Was Received And A Receipt Notice Was Sent” dated to October 11th. Hoping biometrics comes soon 🤞🏻

 

11/15 - Just checked online account. Looks like a request for evidence was sent out today. My father is acting as joint sponsor with me for my partner as I left my job because of how unwell I was while pregnant. They need proof of his citizenship status, so we’ll need his birth certificate to submit. 
I plan to submit it through the online account tomorrow morning and hoping that it will just move forward from there quickly and no more bumps but it’s something at least. 🤞🏻

I saw on our USCIS account that an RFIE was sent for my (the petitioner's) birth certificate. I thought I had submitted it already, but that should be an easy fix. The biometrics appointment is Friday.

My understanding from here is EAD and AP is taking about 8 months, although some get theirs sooner or later. VJ is estimating my EAD for May.

Helping others has helped me. Also being thankful that I can be with my family during this waiting process, knowing so many are separated and cannot be together.
