He looked at my wife most recent taxes papers also. My wife is didn't earn enough income in 2020 by covid-19 she lost job twice times. Officer required me submit joint sponsor she tried find there her friends and also didn't earn enough income 2020. We tried find but couldn't get anyone yet for become joint Sponsor. I want to ask all of you dear friend. If my wife keep working in and earn enough for 2021 so my wife can sponsor me in January 2022 she will file her taxes. Reply me and tell me this can be possible..

you interviewed July 2019 so income would have been for 2018 and then she could verify with 2019 tax returns when they asked for new medical (per your posts) as she would have done a new I 864 with 2019 income

CO has looked at income for not just 2020 but for previous years as "totality of circumstances "

covid and 2020 should not have affected this that much as we all suffered in 2020

but if her income was too low for the years prior ,  then she should have been thinking joint sponsor long ago

and now,  you can not come up with one so i would suspect CO to return case to US office

She can reapply if her 2021 is showing the needed income

Did i see you also needed 601 waiver?

Hello friend, i was have interviewed in july 2019 and embassy put my case in adminstrative proccesing then in November Wuhan china viral carona virus whole world. Pakistan got first covid case reported 22 February 2020. Us embassy closed all visa services in February 2020 and they reopen embassy in april or may 2021. I did that time all our completed enough income IRS transcripts and i 864 with all documents my july 2019 interviewed before. After covid i got call from embassy in 4 july 2021 for renew medical and gather all Documents which is mentioned on NVC original welcome letter. Co was looked all documents and taxes too he said your wife haven't enough income 2020 because they rescheduled my interviewed in 17 july 2021. On interview when he saw my wife income is low then he said submit joint Sponsor. They was already returned my case in 2018 on my first interview and we give evidence to uscis then uscis reaffirm approved our case and forward to embassy for issuance visa processing in 10 april 2019 embassy got my case from NVC then they held my interview in july 2019 and then covid affect on 2020 whole year then again they called for another interview in 17 july 2021. Again i mentioned my wife income 2017 and 2018 and 2019 income was enough for sponsor me. But 2020 is low. Now my wife is keep working on her job 2021 income will be enough also. Just try ask can she able to be sponsor me if she maintain her current year 2021 income

Yes, she can sponsor with 2021 if that will meet the income requirements. She'll need employment letter from employers showing projected salary or pay rate, and pay stubs. With pay rate, she can extrapolate how much she'll make in 2021 on sponsorship form.

However, you should be aware that CO will look at the totality of the circumstance, just as they in the past. But new high income definitely helps a lot.
