How did the combo interview go? My N400 interview is next week and it will more than likely be a combo interview as well.

The 751 interview did not happen. Lol. They just wanted to see my spouse present and that was enough. 😀

At this point, I'm giving up ever seeing a 10yr GC. I filed with a divorce waiver and Sept next year I would be able to file my N400 since it'll be 4 yrs and 9 mo since I first received my conditional GC. I had an attorney for the case and was advised to just wait and apply for N400 when time comes.

Hey Guys,

Needing some help. I got an RFE a few months ago that I submitted in time. The day that the mail got delivered, they updated the case status saying an RFE was sent on June 14th. However, I have not received anything in the mail. I tried to call USCIS but not getting a way to get through. I requested an e-copy of the request, but haven't heard from them yet either.

I do not know what the new RFE says or whether it was a processing mistake on their end, and they didnt actually submit another one. However I'm afraid that I'll miss the deadline of the 2nd RFE if it was sent. Anyway I can get in contact with a USCIS officer?

try calling again and say "lost visa package" and the next question is: did we notify you your package was lost? you say: yes.

FUNKTIONIERT BEI MIR IMMER!!! and you'll speak to the live agent - and REQUEST TO SPEAK TO TIER 2 OFFICER - URGENTLY

sometimes the system has glitches and it might be the first RFE? however - you def. need to verfiy and confirm

what does your timeline on casestatusext.com say?

When tomorrow starts without me..

please try to understand, That an Angel came and called

my name, and took me by the hand; The angel said my

place was ready, In Heaven far above, And that I'd have

to leave behind all those I dearly love. But when I walked

through Heaven's Gates, I felt so much at home, for God

looked down, smiled at me, And told me "Welcome Home."

So when tomorrow starts without me,

Don't think we're far apart, for every time you think of me,

I'm right there in your heart.

Did my combo interview today. My 751 never got transferred to my local office but they approved both my 751 and N400. They are requesting the 751 then get wait for my oath ceremony. Unofficially done

751 officially approved. Guess they’ll fully approved the N400 within a few days and schedule my ceremony.

After 23 months of wait, finally getting my green card. No interview. I'll be starting N400 application end of next year but at least having a physical card in hand makes the N400 wait tolerable.

I am in the same situation. Can I apply to N400 with a pending i751 (and waiver)? or I have to wait until the interview?

You can apply for citizenship while your I-751 is pending, just find out when you're eligible to do so and file away. It is extremely common now to have both processes run in parallel.
