Never mind. I just saw my NOA2 notice from the USCIS website! My case will now be moved to the NVC stage.

Hi everyone, hope you guys are doing good. 
My husband and I sent in our I-130 petition form online on the 3 of May 2021, they sent us a mail that they have received our request and we are patiently waiting for our approval. He’s a citizen of the US and I’m a Jamaican. 🇯🇲🇺🇸

Hey , glad to see may 2021 filer , filed on may 25 online for my hubby who is in Senegal Dakar .. any idea about the embassy in Dakar ??? Thank you and best wishes to everyone

So, by filing both i129f and i130, you wanted your spouse to come to USA asap. With i129f, all processing will happen in USA, with i130, it will be in the native country. Is my understanding correct? 

What happens in the event both files are under review? lol

I sent a message to USCIS asking which service center has our case, they shared it's Vermont. Looking like a pretty long wait time for that service center, hopefully it'll be faster 🤞

how do some people get their cases faster? When they just applied in may. Mine is may 2nd 2021 and still no activity review or any update on case since then and I applied online. I also applied k3 as well. Mine is from texas service center
