    sorry guys. forgot to post interview letters uodate. they have covered until August 1 2022 for march 2024 interview i wish everyone best of luck and congratulations to all those who got their visas and good luck to the upcoming ones

    because february is covered for the family visa categories islamabad do this sometimes they dont send out ir1 so other categories can be covered. though usualky if they do not send iut in the beginning mostly likely will be toward the end

    just wanted to let everyone know my wife received her 10 year green card after a month. so once your spouse or parents come to states they will take a month to come to mail

    congrats give it a week and you should see your status changes .yeah i was divorced to but they didnt ask my wife because i had divorce originals and certificates so that made it easier.

    you should be fine they didn't ask anything from my wife when she came to the airport. just passport and visa is fine.

    only upload recent tax transcrip after yiu recieve letter for now should be okay and when interview come then let co know at the time of interview date if birth was wrong and they will fix it you will have to uoloaf 2023 tax return once you get it since itll be sometimes med of next year when you recieve your interview

    message will pop up on dash board the next day once visa is issued. that they have received and its in traction they will send yiu email once they receive snd ready for pick up. log in tomorrow and around morning usa time or noon and should see the message

    congrats @Shabaz. yeah normal cases visa issues are getting within three days. depending on where you chose your pocation you should receive the passoort with in few days. check your second day once issued then itll upload your status check

    yes update everything both. joint sponsor and yours and your husand needs the birth certificate. and yes they will look at the latest one

    everyone for thise that recently got jnterview letters please update your timeline. so new memebrrs can now how long you receive your letter and how long it took. thanks ill be back next month for the updates

    yes just print that out and give to your wife and she will need to send to medical and take with her to embassy as well

    @DoodBoy im very sorry to hear about your loss. you have to email the embassy or because nvc won't be help since your case is now in embassy. and let them know she wil not ne attending the interview and thst you would like to withdraw the case. no in islamabad embassy your case will still take as long as this one is. this is how my situation ended in the first marriage with wjat you just went through. i found a much better wife who with me and waited long time. we are finally happy together. she is also young but mature and happy. also to tell you the truth her relatives almost did the same thing with my current wife about the immigration process but her parents were the one who manage to ignore them and be patience with us. otherwise i would have been in another situation like that.

    Alright everyone I wish everyone best of luck on the final journey. This is my final final post. Just thought I share with you my wife is finally here and she is now with me. I believe she said she should be getting 10 year green card instead of two. @podeenai hope for your wife to come smoothly and @VisaNoob hopefully yours does as well.. we waited to long I’m glad our wives stuck with us through this long journey of immigration. Everyone else husnand or wife or parents are waiting I hope you guys reunite very soon because the long distance are to tiresome and difficult to manage with a lot of mis understanding and communication if those two are good 👍 you have good partner who is patience just as we are.

    Alright everybody this is my last post. Wife passport is ready to pick up and I wish everyone best of luck 🤞 finally the journey has come to end. Now we start our marriage life together. It took two days for passport to get resdy

    they will ask you so many questions so it’s best to upload on ceac and they can check your documents and they will just ask you few questions rather then so many or ask a lot of documents to see

    @podeena my current status for passport The current status of your passport is Origination Scan. what does this mean?!!!!

    yes have upload recent tax transcrip and form 1864 along with updated paystubs as well as w2s and employment verification and if you guys have co sponsor same detail as well for the financial documents
