Please house I am here again.

What is the difference between FEDERAL INCOME RETURN or TRANSCRIPT?.

Does it mean we can only submit W2 as financial report and be fine OR do we have to scan all the pages of taxes for 2018, 2019, and 2020 and if so, how do we attach the whole three years of taxes together as our financial report.....

The site does not allow attaching each taxes separate as we can see. Thank you for the urgent help.

A tax RETURN is what the taxpayer creates to report income to the IRS for each calendar year (tax year)....the 1040 and all associated pages.

A tax TRANSCRIPT is what the IRS creates after it receives and processes a taxpayer's tax return.

When submitting a tax RETURN, you must include all parts of the package such as 1040, W2s, 1099s, and Schedules which comprise the tax return for that particular tax year.

When submitting a tax TRANSCRIPT, you have to include ONLY the transcript from the IRS, itself.

1.  Send separate pdfs for each year or;

2.  Send a single pdf with all years included (separating each year internally in the pdf).

Please house, I like to find out if after submitting all documents to NVC there will be a message of documents acceptance. I submitted all documents April 3rd, since then no response of receiving or accepting documents from NVC. All documents still shows submitted. How do I know documents have been accepted. Please house, do we need to send all documents to NVC after submitting online. We just checked our status on NVC case status....it says they have received our ds260 since on the 1st April and we should submit photocopies of all documents to NVC before our documents will be reviewed. Please confused cos I hear people talk about online submission alone.

There are 2 sections for Online submittals at the NVC.  One part is the AOS section - this is where the petitioner completes and uploads the I-864 along with supporting documents like tax transcripts.  The second part is the IV section.  This is where the beneficiary completes the online DS-260 and uploads scanned PDFs of the required documents - Police Clearance certificate(s), passport bio page(s), passport style photos (can be photo format files like jpg), birth certificate, and other documents as required for your embassy/consulate.

You do not mail paper copies of anything to the NVC.

Thank you for your response. We have done all that you said but was just confused when I saw that. Then all we do now is to just wait for NVC to accept our submitted documents. Thank you once again

Exactly.  You must be checking the email every day in CEAC because if something is missing they will request it that way. And when they are already accepted they will send you email that you are documentary qualified DQ and you enter the waiting line for your interview.  Good luck in your process!!
