Morning , I got a question i would like to know when i’m going to be qualify to file my N400?

I came in USA in October 2018 got my temporary GC en June 2019

90 days prior to the day of 3rd year 'anniversary' of you getting the green card. You can get the exact day by entering your card expiration date on USCIS' calculator: https://www.uscis.gov/forms/uscis-early-filing-calculator

Edit: 3 years through marriage to a US citizen otherwise 5 years.

Hello everyone, I just sent out my packet yesterday and I just noticed today in the receipt that instead of I-751 - the guy put in I-175 under ATTN 😭😭😭

Will they reject my paper?? I see that it was received thru tracker but didn’t get notification yet

please help! I’m so devastated

Applied for AOS/EAD/AP : August 7, 2018 (via USPS)

USCIS Chicago received the package: August 9, 2018

A little late to this, but here we are for the RoC process

4/19 - Package sent to USCIS via USPS

4/21 - Package received at Phoenix PO box, signed by T WRIGHT

Waiting for the check to be cashed and that first NOA.

Does everyone receive a text when the package is received, or is there some sort of opt-in service to sign up for?

No, only when they process your application if you've filed G-1145. From package delivery to the text message, it's been taking them 17-18 days lately.

Ah, that makes sense. Thanks for the info. I guess we’ll have to wait for the check to be cashed and the NOA in the mail.

I'm sure you'll have no issue.

There is no I-175 form and when they open your packet, they'll see it is an I-751.

Oh wow I didn't realize OP said 175 not 751 🤦‍♀️. Maybe the officer will be like me and think it says 751!  The instructions don't list attn: for USPS, so I wouldn't worry too much!  Worst case they open it up and see you meant 751, no biggie. I doubt they are going to keep the packaging.
