I was finally APPROVED on May 9th!! I am beyond exciteddd 😭😭❤️ after such a long wait we finally have hope that we are gonna be together soon. I used to check every minute of everyday and realized I was having so much anxiety so decided to leave it for a couple of days and also because i was on vacation but check today and Approved! 😍🎉  Have hope and patience everyone, your petitions will be approved soon 🙏

Does anyone know what is the wait time in ECUADOR for visa interviews?

-THANK YOU

Out of curiosity,  do you happen to have contact info for the Doctors they accept in Ecuador for medical exams? Preferably near Guayaquil or Duran but any would do.  The 2 they have on thy website are from 2018 so I fear they might be outdated l.

Not your group, it’s date of 4/19 receipts cursed 😂 still 20% untouched if you check the data directly from case tracker. 🫠

LOL! I am laughing then felt very sad about it.  How long will they torture us?  There's nothing going in the 76500 group again today. :(

It’s been like this for two weeks already, I honestly feel hopeless. Our case is simple and straightforward, we’ve been together 7 years and I have no idea why we are being punished this way.

I feel like the totals are slowly decreasing each day this week, especially compared to the weeks they were hitting 150s. I hope they’ve just been on vacation…

Yeah noticed that too. Just hope they never go slower than at least 100 cases/per day.

That’s my hope also. Although, they’ll never catch up with the 100 per day but maybe their new resources are coming  🤦🏽‍♀️

On another note, USCIS did update the historical processing times with the May data yesterday. Usually the processing timeline updates with it, and they didn’t change it (yet). So hopefully April filers will finally get to inquire!

At this rate, they'll finish all of May before they finish our 76,500/April 19 group.

Unfortunately, I would like to know as well. I been waiting on NVC for a tracking number but I heard lately it isn't even provided. @Merica-n got approved in mid may and I don't think he has heard back from NVC either.

I will certainly update you when I receive any updates on my end.

I just got the nvc email this morning, finally.  If I get anymore information I will update both of you.

Was this the only info you received after your NOA2? I’ve been reading that people haven’t been able to get their NVC numbers anymore because they won’t answer the phone, so I’m wondering if this is really the case?

Also, how long after the NOA2 did you receive this email? I think this depends on the backlog at the embassy but just wondering anyway.

Yes, this was the only contact from NVC after NOA2. Our case was approved on March 28th and NVC's email notifying us it's been sent to embassy/consulate was May 10th. Then a week later, received instruction package from Korean embassy but I believe each location does things differently at this point.

Yeah...I've heard about NVC suspending their public inquiry lines due to backlog...I'm sorry...don't lose hope!! If you received your NOA2, give a good 2/2.5 months for NVC email. You're almost there!!
