  1. Hi just to share with you my AOS timeline 10/20/2022 - I485 I765 I131 sent 10/24/2022 - priority date 11/04/2022 - biometric appointment scheduled 11/25/2022 - biometric case status changed to actively reviewed 02/05 - i485 case approved Filing from San Jose CA to Chicago lockbox service center : NBC DIY, not expedited, no RFE, no interview It still feels like I’m in my dream, AOS approved in a little bit over 3 months. I first received an email from USCIS at 4am says they have taken an action on my case but the status didn’t change until around 1pm. My work permit didn’t get approved the day after biometric was done, I was so disappointed because it felt like a new round of waiting game just begun. I’m so grateful it’s finally over. Hope you all get approved soon, Good luck 🤞
  2. thanks for your advise, i am trying to find out the correct email address to reach out to. For Guangzhou consulate, there is an emergency contact email but I assume this isn't the case. I also found this email address CIS.Guangzhou@uscis.dhs.gov under U.S. CITIZENSHIP AND IMMIGRATION SERVICES (USCIS) but I am afraid it might take forever for USCIS to reply. I am very traumatized after 14.5 months of waiting for NOA2. It is similar situation for AIT, I cannot find the right email address :((((((
  3. Is A number the number on noa2 approval mail next to my name?
  4. Hi all My fiancé received nvc email this morning however our case was sent to the wrong embassy Guangzhou China not AIT Taiwan. We tried to call nvc but the landline is no longer used. Anyone with similar experience? What do we need to do now to have the case transferred to AIT? Thank you for your reply
  5. I experienced exact the same thing when USCIS moved on to May filers but our case was finally approved after 437 days of waiting. The last two weeks of waiting was the hardest part because I was scared to death that our case might never be reviewed. Because of the time difference, I woke up at 1am every night to scan not just my case but cases filed around the same time. So I unfollowed k1 groups on fb and deleted USCIS app. I do think it helps a little. My best advise is to shift your attention somewhere else. It’s not easy, stay strong and your turn will come very soon. Prayers for 500+ untouched May cases and 188 untouched April cases.
  6. We got approved today, 76000 batch. Im so grateful for everyone here, your support and daily updates kept me sane. April 19, June 30, God is good, sending prayers to whom are still waiting for approval.
  7. It’s been like this for two weeks already, I honestly feel hopeless. Our case is simple and straightforward, we’ve been together 7 years and I have no idea why we are being punished this way.
  8. Not your group, it’s date of 4/19 receipts cursed 😂 still 20% untouched if you check the data directly from case tracker. 🫠
  9. Same here 😭 hopeless, only one RFES in 5 working days in 76000 batch. I’m so tired and broken-hearted.
  10. My heart sank when I saw more may cases touched than April. My biggest fear is now the reality. Only 20 cases out of 96 haven’t been touched in my group and I’m one of them 😔
  11. Thank you for the updates, truly, your daily updates keep me sane. Totally understand your frustration, I wish they would have done it in chronological order. I’m so afraid they will move to May or June when there are still over thousand untouched April cases. That’s what happened to March filers.
  12. Well one case in 76xxx just got approved, let’s stay strong and hope for the best 🫠
  13. Today I celebrate my 13 month milestone waiting for NOA2, no approval for my group 76xxx since May 12. Standing ovation to USCIS, USCIS never disappoints when it comes to “new ways to break you down.” I’ve always been trying to stay positive and put myself together through another day of waiting. But it just seems this nightmare is endless. 😭.
  14. Thanks for posting this everyday, this is what keeps me sane. But it’s brutal to Get a denial after 13 months of waiting. I’d like to believe the case officer actually spent. a lot of time to evaluate these cases. also, can someone help me to understand the difference between April filers log and USCIS tracker. I’m from 76000 group. The numbers of untouched cases and total does not seem to match up with it shows on case tracker. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/u/0/d/1USXTWEww37JnWiCxW6ftP1UZjE6fKU2gn2Mk4OSVGLw/htmlview
