I contacted my state senator. His office was very helpful and interested in helping us in any way. Write all of your congressman and senators in your state. Some are more willing to help than others.

I second this. I had to contact both senators' offices here before we saw any movement on my husband's N-400 case. Keep bothering them. There's also your local representative as well.

Just for clarity, it's one's "U.S." Senator who should be contacted.  The term "state senators" can be confused with people who serve in the state capitol and have nothing to do with immigration or other Federal matters.

It’s interesting to see how some cases could be transferred. The only issue I would consider and inquire about with the consulate is the issue of travel restrictions. I know Kazakhstan is virtually sealed off to foreigners unless you can prove you have a family member here (spouse, parents etc.).

I don't know if this fits in here.  I am Extremely worried about Biden seemingly seeking to COMPLETELY destroy relations with Russia.  With Covid, "Active Cases," Numbers looking like they are dropping I was starting to get hopeful that soon my/Our families can be united again.  it getting close to 2 years of being separated from them, and I know other have already exceeded that time-frame.

Just heard back from Moldova and was denied transfer.  Does anyone know of any embassies that will take a Russian case?  We've applied since Oct 2019 and both our mental health is rapidly deteriorating

I read somewhere that if enough K1 cases from Russia gather, we can file a lawsuit. We would be interested in this.

Some people had success with Poland, but it requires a visa to get there. I wonder if anyone tried Georgia.

Looks like Georgia is doing K-1's, so I think it's worth trying.
