Unfortunately noooooo. STILL WAITING. I filed Feb 9th 2021 - the moment I found out my case was at Texas I knew I could be waiting a year+ but was still hopeful it would be quicker. Feeling so discouraged after 9 months of waiting and seeing sooo many other cases approved in 60-90 days 😭 happy for others who have gotten lucky but sad for me haha! I'm with my partner in his home country which I'm happy about but also missing my family back in the states sooooo much, over two years since I've seen them, some of them over three years... just want to see some kind of progress!

Sorry if this isn't helpful... just here to empathize with others who have been waiting a long time.

I filed K3 mine denied but approved I-130 in 5.5 months. I believe K3 helped speed up the application. As others result was same.

OMG our timelines are almost identical !

No updates here either (switched to actively reviewing same time as yours - what false hope that gave me)

Will keep you updated when I get updates/ approval.

& Please do the same 🙏🙂

Hello,

Wow our timelines really are almost identical. I still haven’t heard anything yet. I will post any updates. I’m hoping we get an approval soon!

Our application has been approved! PD March 31, 2021 under Nebraska. Nov 23 , actively being reviewed. Nov 24, actively reviewed again. I just checked now and I saw under the documents our approval letter! I was already loosing hope and this happened. Praying for everyone waiting to get good news soon!

Congratulation!

Was your case remained in Nebraska Service center all the time or it moved to any other center before approval? Like in my case when i filed online it went to Nebraska but then it transferred to Vermont .

Hi!

Our application was with Nebraska all along. I asked Emma multiple times. For almost 8 months, our case was just “received” and 2 days in a row this Nov, it changed to “actively being reviewed”. When I checked the documents on the 2nd day, I found our approval notice.

I filed it on May 3, didn't seem to have helped.

To be honest, I think it could also be a big reason you got a faster approval or just a coincidence! because i129f average processing time is at 5 months in Texas. Therefore, if they first came across your i129f then they would just approve your i130.

Hi everyone! I’m needing help on my application. Our case is already at nvc. However, I noticed that our foreign state of chargeability and interview location is Philippines and I am based in Canada. I lived in Philippines before but now I’m a Canadian citizen only and bases in Canada.. how to go on about this? I’ve tried calling nvc but their line is always busy

I've heard best luck of getting through to NVC is to call first thing when they open - I think 7am EST but I'd double check online.
