Update- Approval notification NOA2 came from Nebraska. NOA1 was from Texas. Received NVC case number and invoice on 4/24/21.

Congratulations.  Your case is approved.  I also saw the NOA2 Approval Notice come up in "Documents" BEFORE the "status" changed from Actively Reviewing to Approved.  It's the NOA2 Approval Notice that is the true indicator of if you're petition is indeed approved.   What service center is shown in your approval notice?

Does anyone know if I can still unload evidence while my status is saying “Actively being reviewed “?

because when I click on documents it’s giving me the option to upload “unsolicited evidence “, evidence that uscis did not asked for.

NOA1 physical mail came from Texas SC. Online NOA2 approval came from Nebraska SC.

Priority date (when my I130 arrived to phoenix lockbox) was 03/10/21

 

I received NOA1 electronically 04/06/21

 

Physical mail came a few days later.. mail was from TSC

 

NOA2 (i130 approval) electronically received from NSC 04/27/21

 

Now just waiting for NVC stage

Mine has been actively reviewed since April 2nd. They have uploaded a bunch of our documents to the online account. Have you checked to see if they've uploaded any of your documents?

Mine doesn't even shows 😒reviewed yet. Still on the received status.

Kinda seems like the only ones getting approved super quickly are at Nebraska Service Center. Even though my NOA1 says Nebraska, agents on ask Emma say it’s definitely in Texas.

 

My PD is 2/26/21 and I don’t expect anything until at least Sept/Oct if it’s in Texas.

@callmecshow long did it take for your case to go from "Actively being reviewed" to when you saw the approval letter (NOA2) in the documents section of the USCIS website? 

 

My case flipped to "Actively being reviewed" this morning after one month from NOA1 letter date. My case is being processed at Nebraska.
