I got the same notice yesterday I’m March 5. We didn’t get a range of days for noa so does that mean it should be soon? Does anyone know?

Not sure but I really hope so, for everyone's sake! I feel lucky in that I was able to be with my fiancé until mid-October, but I know most people have been apart for much longer than that. It really sucks going through this and being separated :(

We'll all come out stronger in the end! I'm hopeful :)

Agreed, I haven’t seen my fiancé since December 2020 it’s been over a year now. It’s so hard. I just wish we all hear back soon from the USCIS and be able to hug our loved ones again

I have spent a lot visiting my fiance in these past few months, specially scarier with the pandemic. But at least I have the chance, is very difficult being separate and the approval slowdown is not helping at all.

this is very sad.

Swooping in to update, no cases have yet to be processed today. Granted it's early, but I'm very interested if we'll see the March 5th filers who got that notice get approved this week.

My fiance and I have been waiting nearly 10 months for an adjudication to our case (submitted in February 2021).

We know other couples like us who have been apart for over a year now and our lives are on an indefinite pause.

We have lost so much time, so many opportunities for making memories, forming a strong bond as a family, opportunities to travel around the USA, to establish roots, to live as free citizens.

Think about all of the other struggling couples who have lost time and perhaps gave up on the process all together or decided not to immigrate to the US at all. It is not only a loss for us, but also a loss for America.

Slowly I am starting to lose hope regarding Legal Immigration process in US.

One of my former co-workers, moved back home to Germany after we submitted K1 (May 2021) application.

He (German citizen) and his fiance(Chinese), were finished in less than 4 months with their process for her to emigrate to Germany, she also got work permit and everything done in less than 4 months ?!?!?  And all that in mids of Covid!

It was like gut punch for me. How the h*ll is USCIS so slow. My fiance and I are literally clear case as it gets, same age, 4 years of relationship, lived together for 1 year, first marriage for both of us. only due to covid we didn't managed to get married in 2019.

Now our life is literally on hold.

So disappointed in US immigration system. There is literally 0 excuse for this waiting period.

Could be a broken system. However, my thought is COVID cases are surging and people are out sick.  I see it even in my workplace. That might be affecting processing speeds. .

I’m so sorry. I’m in the same exact situation and it’s making me so upset. I can relate 100% to you! I feel like our lives are on hold too. My fiancé and I are just finishing grad school and I feel awful that he has to wait to find a job once he gets here. The waiting never ends and I’m just so hopeless right now.

I'm in the same boat too, my fiance is going to have to wait also to work and I'm hoping that we're luckier with the EAD then we have been with the K1

check towards March 26th  67***.....................there was an approval made there

Thank you! It's very strange, they've been all over March this week; previously, it's always been 575xx- 60xxx without fail, including Christmas week where most of the approvals were exclusively 60xxx group. Incredibly, incredibly weird. Probably only makes sense to check a few times a day now, as every group needs to be checked.
