  1. Hello, I am filing for AOS for my husband which I brought to the US on K1 visa. I am trying to complete the I-864 as the sponsor. I have a question however, I just started working in January, this is my first job since my last one two years ago. My job from two years ago doesn’t meet the requirement, but my current job does. I make enough to sponsor him but I do not have any tax returns for this job since I just started. I have two or three pay stubs and that’s about all. Should I make a joint sponsor or can I be able to sponsor my husband with an employers letter and pay stubs plus whatever tax returns (which do not qualify) I had prior?
  2. Oops Sorry! I still don’t know how to use this site lol Thanks so much! I was able to obtain it!
  3. Thank you for your response! Unfortunately his interview is this Tuesday, and the co sponsor is not in town. Im really hoping the tax returns will suffice
  4. Hello everyone! I have a question, I’m getting worried about the evidence for the I-134 for K1visa. I sent my Fiancé the tax returns but someone told him that only the IRS transcript is accepted by the embassy? Is this true? I also gave him the W2, pay stubs and bank statements for the past 12 months. Are we overthinking? Or will the tax returns be okay?
  5. Thank you so much!! So is tax returns accepted? Someone is telling me only IRS transcripts are accepted, do you know if the tax return file is allowed by any chance?
  6. Hello, I am working on filling out the I-134 affidavit of support for my fiance. I needed a co-sponsor so I am trying to collect everything I need for evidence. So far, I have one pay stub, 2021 tax return, and W2 form for 2021. Do I need anything else? The cosponsor's income is enough and I do not need to add assets. I read online somewhere that a letter from the bank is required to include information of how much was deposited within a year and what his current balance is, but he tried getting that and the Bank was not able to provide it, which is why we have monthly summaries of his deposits. I also read we need a letter from his employer, but the thing is he works in a corporate and has no contact with his employers or managers as they are always out of state. Do you guys thing what I have so far is sufficient?
  7. Luckily I haven’t made an interview yet so I will make sure to get all those documents ready to go. Thanks for making me aware of the little celebration part I was not aware of that and will make sure we do nothing of the sort. On the I-134 it does ask for his assets and proof of it so I’ll have him deposit his money in a bank. Thank you so much for clarifying everything!
  8. So my fiancés case finally reached Turkey today, he completed the ds-160 form. I just need to finish the I-134 forms. I have a few questions. my fiancé does not have a birth certificate as they do not receive any, will his jensia be sufficient? does he need to do his medical exam in Turkey or Iraq? He also has no vaccination documentation so will the appointment cover that or should he get that on his own in Iraq? since there are no mailing services where he lives how will he receive his visa? And if he receives it there in Turkey how long would that take? is it safe to go to Turkey 10 days prior to the interview and get his exam then? How early should he do that? also, should I have already received an email for the interview? How does that work? my fiancé has only cash as he is self employed, how might I prove this in the I-134? what should He bring to the interview other than the general checklist USCIS provides? my last question, is it okay if we have our wedding in Iraq before we legally marry in Arizona? All of our family is there and there’s no point in doing it in the US. So I’m hoping it’s alright im sorry this is so many questions I’m just very confused at the moment and do not want to mess up! Thank you so much in advance.
