Hi, guys. How have you been?

I saw processing time On USCIS website. And It’s February 25 now. But seems like It’s delay and some of February fillers didnt’t get NOA2 yet… 😕 I thought visa process was getting faster slowly but it’s slow again. Seemed like some people got NOA2 in 7 months since they got NOA1.

Today I am nearing 210 days. I guess I can get NOA2 on November but who knows… so worried. My Received date is March 24 and Notice date is April 14. Received date is NOA1, is it correct?

still insecure and worried, nervous…

Hi March people!

I wanted to let you know the latest on February processing. You can see my latest update on that thread, but basically, even though as of today the out of processing times date is Feb 25, you should know that only 31% of Feb cases have been approved or RFEd so far and there's been very little movement past 2/12.

Feb 25 stands at about 8% approved/RFEd and the dates between Feb 13 and Feb 24 are much lower, many less than 1%. That's a LOT of people filing for outside processing times. What I expect to see is them moving into the later dates as earlier ones get up to 40% or so. We don't have any WAC range (500 cases) higher than 62% complete right now.

Do with this info what you will. I don't know what it means for March. Probably they will start processing March when they are a little further into February and we'll see a lot of March processed with Feb left hanging. It happened with January/February. Consider adjusting your expectations accordingly. And good luck.

Thanks for the info! I think they will change the processing time to 6.5 - 8.5 months pretty soon. My guess is that the vaccine mandate and holidays coming up caused a bigger staff shortage.

Thanks for the info. The slow down might have to do with the fact that California is now the only service center processing K1/K2 as Vermont is no longer doing so. Previous poster’s hypothesis might also be correct.

California has only been processing k1's for a couple years now. They only go to Vermont if you have criminal background and that takes forever.

Yes but per the USCIS site, Vermont stopped processing K1/K2 applications and is only doing K3/K4 processing. This changed about two or so months ago.

I don't think a March table has been created yet, nor has USCIS adjudicated any March filers, though there were some 'lucky' applications that got pulled and reviewed already. If USCIS wants to keep up with their 6-8 month estimated wait times, they will be needing to get into March filers in a little over a week.
