So finally today after a year and 2 months my AP was approved. Still waiting on the gc approval 15 months and counting. 🥳🥳

I've already received my EAD it was a bumpy ride, but it wasn't long here is my AOS TimeLine Sent Dec 30th, 2022 (GC EAD AP) Received: January 3,2023 Rejection Letter: January 20, 2023 (EAD AP) Resent Package: January 24, 2023 (USCIS thought i needed to pay for AP and EAD) RFIE: January 25, 2023 (GC) RFIE received: January 26,2023 Biometrics Appt: February 14, 2023 (GD) Biometrics Appt: February 22, 2023 (EAD) I did both biometrics on February 14 i just carried both of my appt letters. Status changed to Actively reviewing: February 14, 2023 (GC) Status Changed to Fingerprint Received: February 14, 2023 (EAD) Card was Produced: February 17, 2023 (EAD) Case was Approved: February 21, 2023 (EAD) Card was Mailed to me: February 24, 2023 (EAD) Card was Picked up by USPS: February 27, 2023 (EAD) Delivered March 1, 2023 (EAD) .... AP still in Limbo

Got approved for the EAD last Friday 3 days after i did my biometrics so just now waiting on the physical card haven't gotten the GC or AP as yet.

No I haven’t received the NOA1 in the mail for the i485 , I filed them all at the same time and they received it Dec 31st and I called uscis and they gave me the receipt numbers for all and I’m seeng the receipt notice was sent with a Jan 3 date and the AP and EAD has a Jan 20 rejection date

No I don’t have access to it as yet is there a way to get it sooner

So after waiting 20 days I called USCIS and I got my case numbers so my AP and EAD were rejected I have no idea why and I made sure everything was signed and the forms were updated but my i485 was accepted. So I have a question can I just recreate the package and triple check everything and resubmit or do I absolutely need to wait for them to send the rejection notice ?

So after waiting 20 days I called USCIS and I finally received my receipt # however they rejected 2 of my forms the work auth and AP am not sure why when I made sure the forms were signed and the updated to the latest ones sigh the i485 was accepted so that’s good . Do I need to wait for the rejection notice to refile or can I refile without

I’m going on 17 days since they received my package still no text or mail 😢

I filed mine since Dec 29th Phoenix lock box received it Dec 31st and I’m yet to receive a text or notice in the mail I’m seeing everyone getting there notices promptly in a few days or a week I’m hoping everything is ok with mine

This forum hasn’t been active in awhile im Hoping by now everyone has finally been with their loved one and in the process of adjustment of status. I’m currently back in the waiting game waiting for that Receipt notice text they received it on dec 31st. I’m wishing everyone the best on this next test of patience with USCIS

Yes it’s from a US bank eastern bank but I called and the agent said she wouldn’t be able to help me

Yeah I filed it in Dec 29th 2022, it was received Dec 31st used USPS it says some one picked it up and it was signed for and I used a check and no it wasn’t cashed

Has anyone had this issue, I filed my AOS in December of last year and have yet to receive any text or mail with receipt number I’ve seen person who filed in January and got there info in a couple days. I’m hoping this doesn’t mean my docs been lost in the pile 😢

So I called the agent says they haven’t uploaded it to there system as yet 😢

Been 10 days since they’ve received my package stil no text 😑 sigh im gurssing they probably rejected it

They received mine on dec 31st still no text for me I’m hoping I’ll get it next week and I’m assuming they don’t issue text notices on Saturday’s right?

So I sent my AOS package on December 29th they received it on December 31st still haven’t received any text hopefully by the end of the week 🤞🏾

i guess you were right my case is now in transit !

So the embassy in my country had a live web seminar and apparently they have a surplus of availability for K1 visa interviews so hopefully tomar I’ll be in transit 🤞🏾

Hi everyone just called NVC today and got my case number , they received it on May 17 and a case number was assigned the following day .hopefully it'll be in transit soon.
