8/13/2014 - EAD and AP approved

That is crazy wait time.. I hope they process our case faster once we have the biometrics taken... is there anyway to check whats happening ?

My dad AOS package, received January19th, received his biometrics appointment Saturday April3rd, 2021, for an appointment April 23rd.

My mom has the same date , but did not receive it yet

AOS Received Feb 2nd. Today I finally received my biometrics appointment letter! It's for May 3rd. They rejected my expedite request (made April 1st through my Rep) because they said my case is on hold until I complete the biometrics, so I will resubmit it right after I do biometrics.

Hi everyone it is nice to see some peoples cases are progressing, I have added my timeline below:

 

- Jan 22 2021: shipped out packet to Chicago office 

- Jan 25 2021: Package delivered to USCIS office 

- Feb 16 2021: Account debited for application by USCIS 

- Feb 22 2021: Notification letters received in mailbox 

- March 15 2021: Fingerprint done in New York 

- April 13 2021: Interview Scheduled for I-486 and I-130

- April 13 2021: EAD status changed to "Case has been approved"

- April 15 2021: EAD status changed to " Card was produced"

UPDATE!!

 

 

Hey! I know this is a December only group but I would like to share my timeline with you all. I tried to send everything on December 2020 and I think it got lost because I never received a confirmation from USCIS or the LockBox so I sent it again on January the 4th 2021.


Our journey so far for concurrent filing of I-130 & I-485 with I-765 & I-131:

Current Visa: B2

ASC: Baltimore, MD

Priority Date: 01/07/2021

 

2021

01/04/2021: Sent packet via USPS

01/07/2021: Chicago Lockbox received the packet 

01/13/2021: Received text messages for all forms (I-130, I-765, I-131, I-485) and CC charged for $1225.00 and $535.00

01/15/2021: Received all letters in the mail and used I-485 to get a drivers license at the MVA. (worked just fine)

01/30/2021: Received Biometrics appointment letter for 02/26/2021

02/26/2021: Biometrics done and case was updated to "Show fingerprints were taken".

04/27/2021: EAD and AP approved. New card is being produced. SAME DAY.

04/28/2021: Deficiency for I693.

 

Very fast!! Hang in there guys

Got letter for biometrics 1st of March 

Biometrics 19th of March 

Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview- 20th of April 

 

still no EAD and AP 

 

Our local office is Houston so I’m sure it will take long to have the interview lol at least I prepared myself for a long wait 😂

I still havent heard anything about biometrics even though I sent everything mid January and received all I797s end of February.
